Once upon a time in the city of Halifax there live a girl named Tammy. Since Tammy was an only child she was used to getting all of her mom's and dad's attention but one day that changed.

Today Tammy was getting a new baby sister and she was so excited. When Tammy heard her parents car pull into the driveway she rushed outside to meet her new baby sister.

"Tammy, this is your new sister Miracle". said her father proudly.

"AW SHE'S SO CUTE"! Tammy exclaimed.

At first every thing was going great but after a couple of weeks Tammy started noticing that the baby got all the attention of her parents.

Tammy started to grow Jelous and resentful of the baby as time went on.

One day, Tammy asked her mother to help her with her homework but her mother said she was too busy with the baby.

"Your always too busy with the baby"! said Tammy angrily.

"What's that supposed to mean"? asked her mother.

"I am not wanted around here anymore, I should just run away". Tammy thought to herself.

So Tammy decided to make a plan to run away. She took all her money out of the bank and packed all her favorite clothes in a suitcase.

That night, when everyone was asleep she sneaked out and headed for the bus station.

In the morning Tammy's parents noticed that she didn't come down for breakfast.

"Tammy, come down for breakfast"! they shouted.

There was no answer.

"I better go check on her". said her mom.

When her mom got to Tammy's room she was nowhere to be seen and all she found was a note on her bed.

The note said, Dear Mom and Dad, clearly you have no time for me anymore so I'm running away.

"Oh my gosh. Taylor get in here quick"! she shouted to her husband.

"What's wrong"? he asked

Tammy has run away"! her Mom exclaimed.

Why would she run away"? her father asked.

"She thinks we have no more time for her anymore". replied mom.

"We have to call the police right away so we can find her and bring her home". stated her father.

After calling the police they called Taylor's parents and asked if they could watch Miracle for them while they went to look for Tammy.

Of course we can watch Miracle for you honey bring her right over". answered his mother.

So they packed a quick diaper bag and went to drop off Miracle so they could go look for their daughter.

Meanwhile Tammy had taken a bus to New York and decided to call her friend Ella to see if she could stay there for a little bit.

Ella said Tammy was more then welcome to stay with her and she would be right over to pick her up.

Ten minutes later Ella arrived at the bus station.

"Oh Tammy it's so wonderful to see you again"! exclaimed Ella giving her a big hug.

"It's good to see you to Ella thanks for letting me stay for a bit". replied Tammy

"Of course Tammy your my best friend lets get you back to my place and we can talk". said Ella.

When they got back to Ella's apartment, they got Tammy set up in the guest room, then they went to the living room to catch up.

"So Tammy, what brings you to New York"? asked Ella.

"Well, as you know, I got a new baby sister recently, and ever since she came along my parents have been completely ignoring me". Tammy said sadly.

"I understand what you are feeling, but it is normal for parents to spend extra time with a new baby".

"Do they have to spend all their time with her"? she asked.

"New babies take a lot of attention, have you told them how your feeling? Ella asked.

"No, I don't think they would listen anyway". Tammy stated.

"You never know until you try". said Ella.

"I'll think about it over night, right now I am going to bed". She said with a yawn.

"Ok, good night". replied Ella
