It is the first day of school. Brad the Banana just moved to Farm City, so he doesn't know anyone at his new school. He wants to make new friends, so he can play with them during recess!

Brad walks into his new classroom and his teacher, Mrs. Peach, tells him where his seat is. He sits next to two fruits, Adam the Apple and Owen the Orange. He wants to be friends with them, but they look mad at him!

You are weird because you are taller than us Brad!

After class, Brad tries to introduce himself to Adam and Owen, but they are mean to him because he looks different than them.

Let's take Brad's lunch

At lunch, Brad eats his yummy pizza, but Adam and Owen take it from him because they think he is so tall and they don't like that!

Why are Owen and Adam doing this to me?!

After school, Brad walks around school and waits for his mommy to pick him up. He is sad because Adam and Owen are being mean to him for being tall even though he was born like that and can't change it.

Adam walks by and sees Brad being sad next to a tree in front of the school and remembers a time when he was sad there too!

After Adam sees Brad being sad next to the tree, he remembers what Pete the Pear did to him last year at school.

Oh my! Seeing Brad next to the tree makes me remember something!

Adam nobody likes you because you are tiny and round!

Adam thinks about when Pete was mean to him for being rounder than everyone else and he was very sad, so he cried next to the same tree that Brad is at now.

Adam thinks about how sad he felt and doesn't want Brad or anyone else to feel sad like he did.

Oh my gosh! Why did I bully Brad? I do not like how it feels when other people bully me!

I need to talk to Brad to tell him how sorry I am! I feel so bad!

Adam decides to make Brad feel better and apologize next time he sees him.
