Karl and Bruce were just your ordinary pair of friends.

They worked together.

They hung out all the time.

They were the perfect

match for each other.

They arrived at work, just like every other day, but something was just not the same.

Karl and Bruce could not play any notes correctly! They sounded like CRAZY elephants!

All of the others instruments made fun of them.

Karl and Bruce were really sad.

After a day of being made fun of, they walked slowly back to their house. Neither of them said a word.

Suddenly, they saw something lying on the ground.

"Mustaches?!" Karl said in confusion.

"It looks like they clip onto us!" Bruce said.

They clipped the mustaches on.

All of a sudden, the world was spinning.

"That was AWESOME!" Bruce said.

"Awesome? I am thinking more WOW!" Karl replied.

"We look so fancy!" said Karl.

"I am so cool!" said Bruce.

They were, somehow, hitting all of the notes!

On the FIRST try!

"I don't think I'll ever take this off." Karl said, continuing to walk home.

"Me either!" Bruce replied.

Karl and Bruce continued to walk home, talking about anything they could.

They reached home and soon fell asleep. Ready for a busy day of hard work tomorrow.

They woke up, and as usual, walked to work.

Everything seemed normal, but then they started to play...

Everyone was so surprised.

"Wow guys! The horns can ACTUALLY hit the notes!" Marvin the Tenor Sax said.

"My ears are no longer ringing! Hallelujah!" said Clarissa the Clarinet.

What was happening? The band did not know, but they were DEFINITELY jealous.

Samuel Saxophone tried to win the mustache.

It didn't work.

Trevor Trumpet just got really sad. He hoped that the mustaches would feel bad for him.

Melody Flute and her friend didn't really care.

Clarissa Clarinet tried to sneak up and steal it.

But that didn't work.

Daniel Drums didn't care, they are already perfect!

Trent Trombone and Marvin Tenor were trying to make their own mustaches, but they just couldn't get it right.

Timothy the Tuba? He didn't really care.

The conductor is still wondering, "WHAT is going on?"
