I DEDICATE THIS TO ALL WHO ARE TRYING TO SAVE WILD LIFE.

Endangered animals are animals that are in danger of becoming extinct. This means that there will be no more of these animals alive on earth. An animal is considered endangered or "threatened" when there are very few of them alive.
There are also some animals that only exist in captivity (for example in a zoo). These animals are called "extinct in the wild".
Some "endangered" animals include the Sea Otter, Loggerhead Sea Turtle, Giant Panda, Blue Whale, Albatross, and the Snow Leopard.
BLUE WHALE

Introduction
The blue whale is the largest animal on our planet. It weighs as much as 33 elephants and are as long about three school buses.
A blue whale heart is the size of a small car and pumps 10 tons of blood through the massive blue whale body.
Female blue whales are generally larger than males.
Behavior and Diet
Blue whales live in all the world's oceans except the Arctic. They sometimes swim in small groups but usually alone or in pairs. They generally spend summers feeding in polar waters and undertake lengthy migrations towards the Equator as winter arrives.
The primary and preferred diet of blue whales is krill—tiny shrimp-like animals. When these marine mammals hunt for food, they filter feed by swimming toward large schools of krill with their mouth open, then push the water out of their mouth with their tongue while keeping the krill trapped inside their baleen bristles.
Blue whales are among Earth's longest-lived animals. Their average lifespan is estimated at around 80 to 90 years
The blue whale is a type of mammal called a cetacean and is a type of baleen whale. They feed in high latitudes and migrate to the tropics to breed and give birth.
A baby blue whale is called calf. When the baby is born it is as large as an elephant and grows very quickly. It will gain around 200 pounds a day and be about 50 feet long at the age of 6 months. Wow!
