Nowadays almost everyone has the access to the Internet and spends a lot of time there.

People study, chat, meet and even date online. Sometimes I think people live in two different worlds and not sure where they are real.

I wonder, why so many people prefer having friends online. In my opinion, a lot of people do not feel comfortable and confident in their real life. Maybe they were hurt and betrayed by friends or even abused. I believe there is always a reason for any action people take. I guess, those who stand for being online more than spending time in real feel more protected in a digital world. 

For example, a girl who looks different from others and has been bullied at school, definitely wants to hide online behind a beautiful profile picture. Her inner world is rich and attractive, so it is easy for her to find people who like chatting with her, who support her and chat with her.

But, if we think of that more. Is she really safe? Can she be sure her life became better and the life is a piece of cake now?

While thinking of that, I reach to conclusion that she is in an even bigger trouble now than before. Just think of that. One day, she will open up her heart and the truth will be out in the open. Will she be ready to face all the consequences? No, because the truth is her inside is still same.

What makes me worried even more are teenagers. They spend a lot of time on the Internet and their psychological condition is still unstable. I remember once I saw one girl. Her face was worried. It seemed all the features were screaming that their owner is in trouble. When I asked her about the reason, she tried to avoid the answer. Then she showed me a message from the social Network. It was written: “Do not tell anyone. I know your address. You will follow my orders or your mom will die.” 

This little angel was so scared that was ready to do whatever she needs to save her mother’s life. That time we solved that problem, because an adult with cold mind could advise her. But I remember she asked me if she should tell her mom about it. “Of course, you should”, - told I. Mom is the person who is 100% interested in your life.
