This Book Is Dedicated To:
All the mom's that have ever raised a child whether it was from birth or not till later in life. Thank you to all the Mom's who have sacrificed their free time, their patience, and dedicated their lives to raising a child. Your journey is a life changing one that matters.
Thank you mom (Lynne Taliaferro) for raising me to be the strong woman I am.
I would like to thank my family and friends for supporting me in my journey to becoming a published author, and show my gratitude and recognize Lisa Terry and her Family for helping me with the pictures to complete this book.

The world seems a little shaky it's not the same as it once was before but despite all the changes there is a day that I wait for. This is the day that I say thank you to the mom that gave me the gift of life and it's a time I use to remember all the years she sacrificed. The world may feel a little different but I won't forget to celebrate her day here's a book I wrote you mom
Happy Mother's Day!
Our world has changed in minutes. It's not the same place it was before and coming up with the perfect gift for you this year has been harder than before
I wanted to buy you flowers but sterilizing everything has become the new norm and I'm afraid they might just die from a Lysol storm.
I wanted to watch our favorite movies and talk about the past hang out for hours and just relax, but social distance they said and now we must be six feet apart and who knows if we could last with masks on without wanting to tear them apart!
I wanted to buy you a box of your favorite chocolates because I know how much you love a sweet treat but then I worried who might of packaged them and I pressed delete!

I thought about taking you out to dinner to celebrate your day but then I remembered that there is no where open anyway. Everything is shut down now and I can't imagine how disappointed you might have been had we shown up all dressed up just to not be able to dine in.
I wanted to buy you jewelry a pretty necklace or bracelet to wear but it's really hard to make decisions when you cannot go anywhere.
Necklace? Bracelet?
I wonder which one is better?

I wanted to give you all these things plus a dozen more to show my appreciation of the time you gave to me since I was born, but this year is different and harder than the past so I had to get creative and decided to give you something that could last.
So I set out on a journey with my paper and pen and created a book you could read again and again, and halfway through I decided it wasn't fair to not celebrate the mom that had brought me here.
I ordered you the flowers and let them sit 3 days, so there's no need to Lysol them I promise that their safe.
