Its the first Day of school! I went downstairs to eat breakfast. "Morning mom and dad!" I said. Mom smiled and said "Oh, our daughter is getting older!". After breakfast I went to school on the bus. I was shy.

Once I entered the classroom, they all stared at me. I was worried they wouldn't like me. "Hello, Skye! This is 3rd grade." I looked at all the desks and found a desk that said, Skye Loren. I sat down and looked at the teacher. A student raised their hand and asked, " May we introduce ourselves please?" The teacher nodded and said, "My name is Mila Skipper, aka Ms. Skipper." After they all introduced their selves, I asked what our schedule was. "Great question! First there's homeroom, Next there's math, then there's reading, W.I.N time, Lunch, writing, and finally science." She listed. We started with homeroom and it was great! Dylan asked if we could play four corners, and the teacher said yes. 

Math time, my least favorite🙄… We needed to do 3 × 5 = 15. Easy! I worked on this in 2nd grade, I've had the answer for a while. "Okay class, here's a chromebook. We'll be using it for the whole school year, open up zearn and complete mission 1 lesson 1." The teacher said nicely.

Reading was nice, we all read leaning against a tree. It was a nice day for reading. "*laugh* Hope your reading well, sound out those tricky words!" The teacher said. We read for 30 minutes and then went back to the classroom. I raised my hand and asked, "Can I go to the bathroom?". She let me go to the bathroom.

W.I.N time came along. We drew a picture of our favorite celebrity, mine was Dove Cameron. She played Mal in descendants 1, 2, and 3. Then we wrote our favorite animal. It was fun! 😺
