MEDVEDIE LABKY ,,BEAR PAWS,,
Ingredients:
270g wholemeal flour
210g margarine
100g ground walnuts
160g powdered sugar
2 yolks
30g cacao
A little ground cinnamon
A little grated lemon peel
1 packet of vanilla sugar



1. Combine flour, vanilla and powdered sugar, walnuts, cacao, lemon peel, and cinnamon.
2. Add margarine and yolks
3. Mix ingredients and make the dough.
3. Put the dough into fridge for one hour.
4. Take your baking forms and grease them lightly with margarine. 5.Take a small chunk of the dough and push it into the baking form.
6. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake bear paws for 15 minutes.
7. Finally, sprinkle bear paws with powdered sugar.






Kutya




How to cook wheat kutya:
Šarmole - rolls with whipped cream
Ingredients:
❄ 1 puff pastry
❄ 5 egg whites
❄ 400g of powdered sugar
❄ 1 egg for spread
❄ powdered sugar for sprinkle the rolls
6. Break the egg and apply the egg to the top on the rolls.
7. Put it in the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until it will be gold on the top.
8. Mix egg whites with powdered sugar until it will be snow texture.
9. Put the snow into the decorative bag (or plastic bag) and fill up the rolls.
10. Sprinkle the rolls with powdered sugar.
Recipe:
1. Roll out the dough.
2. Cut the dough to 2,5cm width.
3. Turn on the oven 160˚ C.
4. Use metal rolls to wind up the dough.
5. Put baking paper on the sheet.
200g sugar
100g butter
1 piece of vanilla sugar
5g ground cinnamon
2 pieces yolk
1l milk
600g flour
1 tea spoon of oil
2dl water
Christmas waffles
Ingredients


Recipe:
1. Put sugar, vanilla sugar, butter, cinnamon and egg yolk in a bowl and mix it to foam.
2. Start adding water to the dough in pieces and mix it until the sugar dissolves.
3. When the sugar dissolves, start adding alternately flour with milk and finally add oil.
4. Let the dough rest for 1 hour.
5. Warm up the waffle machine and after heating, rub it with butter and pour the dough.
6. Bake as needed (or try 35 seconds).
7. You can serve it with honey.

Christmas Cabbage
We will need:
500g sauerkraut
400g pork meat
1 onion
3 garlic
1tsp red pepper

Jaroščiaková
1. Fry the onion in oil and add the meat and pepper.
2. Will spice up and let it simmer
3. After half an hour, add garlic, sauerkraut then add water and cook until tender
4. Add sausages or smoked meat.
Cabbage soup
1 kg sour cabagge
1 l sauerkraut juice
1 sweet cream
mushrooms
100g butter
2 spoon flour

1. Put the mushrooms into the water one day before.
2.Put the sour cabbage and cabbage juice in one pot and plus a little water. Let it cook for 30 minutes.
3. Strain clear juice
4. Add the mushrooms and cook for another 45 minutes. In bowl we mix the cream with a little flour. Add it into the soup and let cook for another 10 minutes. Melt the butter in a pan and let it roast for a while. We mix it with soup and let it cook for another minute. We get some bread.

Vanilla rolls
450 g plain flour
150 g ground nuts
120 g powder sugar
330 g butter
1 egg

1. put all ingredients into a small bowl
2. knead all ingredients
3. form rolls from a small piece of the dough
4. put rolls into oven and bake on 180° for 20 minutes or when rolls are pink
5. wrap warm rolls in powder sugar
Potato salad
Ingredients:
potatoes, onion,
sterilised gherkins,
mustard, Mayonnaise,
hard-boiled eggs,
sterilized carrot,
sterilised corn,
sterilized peas,
salt, ground black
pepper
Procedure:
1. We cook potatoes with peel to make them softer.
2.We take off potatoes from water and when potatoes get colder, peel them.
3. We boil eggs to make them hard.
4. We cut the onion, gherkins, potatoes and hard eggs into small pieces.
5. We put all ingredients into the bowl.
6.We add Mayonnaise, Mustard and a little bit of water from gherkins into the bowl and add a little bit of salt and black pepper.
7. Then we mix it together.
Our potato salad is done. Bon Appétit
RUM BALLS
Ingredients:
ladyfingers 500g
rum 120ml
unsalted butter 200g
jam 200g
cocoa powder 50g
ground walnuts 100g


Recipe:
1. crush ladyfingers (biscuits)
2. add the rum and mix it with the butter,
jam, and cocoa powder
4. stir in ground walnuts
5. shape the balls in hands
6. wrap the balls in coconut
7. put the balls into paper cups
