-Roxie

I wake up to Mama calling me, "Ember! Wake Up!" she says as I open my eyes. "Morning Mama," I say as I sit up. "Time to go to your Nana's house today! Rose is already up!" Mama says with a gentle smile.

"Hop in the truck girls!" Mama says with a smile. Me and Rose, my little sister, go outside and get in our big truck to go to our Nana's house for a day.

We arrive in Nana's driveway to see her waiting for us. "Hello little sweeties!" Nana says. "You girlies still sleepy? Come in and lay down now!'" says Nana happily.

We waved goodbye to Mama, and she drove off. We then went inside Nana's big beautiful home.

Rose went back to sleep when me and Nana were in the kitchen, I saw a picture of a boy, and a harp. "Nana, who is this boy in the photo with that harp?΅ I ask and Nana smiled.

"Oh darling! That was my true love, Albert, and that was my beautiful harp! And the thing about my harp was that it was magical I tell you! It could play itself!" Nana says excited I asked. I smile and think to myself, "Harps can not play themselves.."

"Where is your harp now Nana?΅ I say. Nana turns her smile into a frown and says "I lost it at a garage sale, and last I heard about ten years ago it was at some antique shop in town, but I doubt its there anymore." Nana says with a sad sigh.

"It is your birthday tomorrow isn't it Nana!" I say with a brilliant idea in my head. "Oh! Well as a matter of fact yes! It is!" she says with her smile again. "Why dont me and Rose go into town and get supplies for dinner and cake tomorrow!!?" I say happily. "I think thats a lovely idea!" Nana says.

"Rose! Wake up! We are gonna go into town and get stuff for Nana's birthday and check out the old antique store to see if it has a harp Nana use to own as a birthday present!" I say excitedly. "Okay, okay, just give me five minutes and we'll go." Rose says still sleepy.
As Rose and I walk on the road to town I tell her that Nana said the harp could play itself. "No way! Harps can't play themselves!" Rose said. "But what if it can and Nana is telling the truth. I want to help get it back to Nana. So lets get it for her." I say as we continue walking.

Rose and I walk into the antique shop. "Welcome! How may I help you girls?" says the saleswoman. "We are looking for a harp that used to be here. Is it still here?" I say hopefully.

She sighs and says "Oh, there used to be one, but about five months ago a man came in, searching for it and he said it belonged to someone he loved." "What was his name? And where does he live?!" Rose says excited.
