Little Panda Puti was sitting in front of his window, watching the snow falling outside. They were living the last days of the year. A brand new year would begin next week. This year was very difficult. His family and neighbors got very sick. He could not go to school because of the illness and always stayed at home. He missed all of his friends and his teacher, Ms. Meri. She remembered the New Year cards that Ms. Meri had made for them last year. They wrote beautiful wishes on those cards. He thought that I could make such nice wishes again and they would come true. He closed his eyes and wished his first wish.

Minik Panda Puti penceresinin önünde oturmuş dışarıda yağan karı seyrediyordu. Yılın son günlerini yaşıyorlardı. Gelecek hafta yepyeni bir yıl başlayacaktı. Bu yıl çok zor geçmişti. Ailesi ve komşuları çok hastalanmıştı. Hastalık yüzünden okula gidememiş hep evde kalmıştı. Tüm arkadaşlarını ve öğretmeni Bayan Meri’yi çok özlemişti. Bayan Meri’nin geçen yıl onlara yaptırdığı yeni yıl kartları aklına geldi. O kartlara çok güzel dilekler yazmışlardı. Yine böyle güzel dileklerde bulunsam ve onlar gerçek olsa diye geçirdi içinden. Gözlerini kapatıp ilk dileğini diledi.

Gözlerini kapadığında arkadaşlarının hayalini gördü ve o anda `` Keşke arkadaşlarımı görebilseydim! ''dedi.

O anda annesi odaya girdi ve çocukların buluşması için bir gün ayarladıklarını söyledi.Bunu duyan Puti mutluluktan havaya uçtu.Buluşma günü gelince dikkatlice hazırlandı. Hastalanmamak için önlemlerini aldı. Arkadaşlarının yanına gitti.

Küçük Panda Puti arkadaşlarına koştu. Ama en yakın arkadaşı Potpot orada değildi.

Gözüne inanamadı. İyice ovuşturdu ve tekrar baktı.

Hemen kızaklarını alıp tepenin en yüksek noktasona doğru ilerlediler. Kar yağışı şiddetini artırmıştı. Tepenin arkasındaki mağaraya sığınmak zorunda kaldılar. Ne yapacaklarını bilemiyorlardı. korkmuşlardı. El ele tutuşup gözlerini kapattılar...

Puti hiding in the cavern with friend was afraid of the dark and the cold. It had snowed so much that the cave door was about the close. They immediately started thinking.

Arkadaşı ile mağarada saklanan Puti soğuktan ve karanlıktan korkuyordu.kar, mağaranın kapısını kapatmak üzereydi. Hemen düşünmeye başladılar.

Keşke sıcak bir yerde olsak diye düşünen Puti gözlerini kapadı.Gözlerini açtığında dileği gerçekleşti.Arkadaşıyla birlikte sıcak bir yerdeydi.
