

Have you ever wondered why you feel so tired? it's very common today that young people and adults are probably clinging to technology, and if we think about it technology is the one that affects us in our sleep, which often we don't pay attention to and don't give it the importance that it really deserves, and we don't know how it affects our health...

Although we don't believe it, our rest is one of the most important and necessary things for our body, and it's something that we should worry about, I know well that we ignore this comments, because I'm also a teen , and like the most of them I don't pay attention to that, I sleep late, I use electronic devices during the night , which reveals to me, and the next day I always feel tired and exhausted without having made any physical effort, all for the simple reason that I didn't get enough rest.

But with some simple changes, you can get the sleep you need to feel rested, rejuvenated, and with more energy. First, think about how you can transform your bedroom. It's important to try to use your bed just for sleeping and not for other activities, such as eating or doing homework. Also avoid keeping your phone, controllers, and other devices within arm’s reach at night. Second, get some exercise, that will make you get tired and it'll be easier to fall sleep.

There are some tips that can help you:
-If you can’t fall asleep. Take a warm bath or shower. The heat gets blood flowing and helps you relax.
- If you feel tired all day. Figure out what time you need to wake up, then work your way backward nine hours to set a time to go to bed.
- I you can’t get up in the morning. Give yourself something to look forward to. If you like to play video games or draw, do that for a few minutes first thing in the morning. You’ll be more eager to go to bed at night if you’re excited about waking up to do something you enjoy.

A good night's sleep is incredibly important for your health. In fact, it's just as important as eating healthy and exercising. Unfortunately, there's a lot that can interfere with natural sleep patterns. but it's time to improve it as we know its consequences, because we are young and we have to sleep enough to our health
