BULGUR PILAF WİTH MEAT
250 grams of chicken meat (shredded)
2.5 cups of bulgur for rice
2 tomatoes
2 peppers
1 onion
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 tablespoon of pepper paste
1 large clove of garlic
Liquid oil

Bulgur Pilaf with Meat
We cook our meats in a pressure cooker for 20 minutes.We add oil to the rice cooker.
We add salt, our peppers, garlic and onions, which we cut into cubes, and roast them.
We also cut our tomatoes into cubes and roast them in a pot.We add our tomato paste and add our bulghur, after roasting it for 5 minutes, we add 2 water for 1.We cook for 25-30 minutes with the lid closed. We pour boiled meats on top while serving.

Ingredients for Zucchini Dessert Recipe
2 kg zucchini
3 glasses of granulated sugar (more sugar can be added if it is tasteless compared to the pumpkin variety)
1 cup crushed walnuts
Pumpkin Dessert Recipe Preparation
1) For the pumpkin dessert, peel off the seeds after slicing the zucchini thinly.
2) After washing, chop 2-3 finger widths to the desired length.
3) Sprinkle sugar between the courgettes and place them in a large flat pan.
4) Keep it covered for 2-3 hours or overnight. Since the pumpkin will
provide water during this waiting period, there is no need to add water during cooking.
5)Cook over medium heat until the zucchini, which is kept overnight, boils, and after boiling, cook on low heat until it softens. You can check whether it is cooked with a fork in between.
6)After cooling, the pumpkin dessert is placed on a serving plate, it is served with tahini drizzled on it and sprinkled with crushed walnuts.
7)If you wish, you can wax your own sherbet on the zucchini and spread it. In order for the sherbet of the pumpkin to thicken, you should cook it with the lid open for a while.
8)Likewise, you can get a very pleasant taste by baking your pumpkin dessert in the oven.

Kısır tarifi yapımına öncelikle bulguru ıslatarak başlıyoruz. 1 su bardağı bulguru bir kaba koyup üzerine de 1 su bardağından biraz az sıcak suyu ekleyip karıştırın. Üzerini streçle kapatın ve yumuşayana kadar bekleyin.
Tavaya sıvıyağ ve yemeklik doğranmış olan soğanları ekleyin ve kavurun. Sırasıyla biber salçası, domates salçası, pul biber, isot ve tuzu ekleyip karıştırın. Pişirdikten sonra soğumaya bırakın.
Kıvırcıkları iyice yıkadıktan sonra yeşil soğan, maydanoz ve turşu ile birlikte minik minik doğrayın.
Yumuşayan bulgurun içine yaptığınız soğanlı, salçalı karışımı dökün ve karıştırın.
Daha sonra doğradığınız diğer malzemeleri de ekleyin.
