When a child has the proper nutrients in their diets it prevents the child from being obese and health issues such as diabetes, heart disease. In Gym they also learn of their body mask and different exercising to keep them healthy. At the end of the year schools have file day where the kids, parents, and teachers can join in by doing fun activities and racing against other classes, showing healthy habits.
