Games Pinwheel Anderson (November 24, 1908-April 3, 2003, born Charles Austin Anderson) was a Canadian-American animator, writer and film and television producer known for founding Paramount Animation with his younger brother William Anderson (1910-2007).

At age 5, he and his family moved to the United States where his parents got their new job in New York. During that time, he went to art school.

After dropping out of college in the mid-1920s, Games Anderson started looking for a job, Game's life would change upon seeing the animated short film Steamboat Willie (1928) and Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (1937), and wished that he would become an artist, along with his brother William Anderson.

Animator and movie producer Games Phinwheel Anderson, along with his younger brother Williams Pinwheel Anderson, founded his animation studio based in Hollywood in 1940, to create an new animation studio that would later be built in 1940. After Fleischer Studios was closed down in 1942, due to bankruptcy, most of the animators and artists moved to Paramount Animation, which was named Games Cartoon Studio/Games Pinwheel Anderson Productions, to produced GameToons, a series of animated cartoons that were made to compete for other cartoon shorts of that era, such as Walt Disney's Mickey Mouse and Silly Symphonies, Max Fleischer's Popeye the Sailor, and Warner Bros.' Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies. As well, the studio produced cartoon ad shorts for various products.

While working in animation, Games' talent for drawing became evident, and in mid-1940s, he joined Paramount to create an animation studio which has cartoons. which Games Anderson created the GameToons in 1945, who are similar to Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies series. Despite a lack of formal training, Games soon became head of their ink and paint department. Besides inking and painting, Games' also wrote songs and lyrics for Paramount Animation films such as TBA, TBA and TBA
