I am completing my Bachelor's Degree at Brandeis University. College is a lot of work! So I am always attending Brandeis's library to do homework assignments, study for exams, and meet with group members to discuss group projects and presentations.

Today, I am going to the college's library to study for a midterm exam. As soon as I enter the library, I start searching for an empty desk where I can sit to study for my midterm. I search and search, until I finally find an empty table.

I immediately place my backpack on the table. I take out my laptop, course book, a notebook, and a pen. Then, I place my backpack on the back of my chair and sit to start studying for my test.

Suddenly, I notice a small, black rectangle object. I quickly grab the item. It's a pair of glasses! A pair of Ray-Ban eyeglasses. "Wow, I can't believe I found something!" I said to myself. "I don't usually find things."

"The glasses are expensive! Perhaps I could give them to my sister, Belinda. She wears glasses. Or maybe I could sell them! That way, I could use the money to buy books for my classes!" I thought. "I feel so happy!"

"I know someone must be looking for the glasses. They don't belong to me," I thought. I continued to study for my exam. " I will wait here to see if someone comes to claim the glasses. If no one comes, maybe I should keep them."

As hard as I try to concentrate, I can't because all I can think about is the pair of glasses. "Glasses, glasses, glasses, glasses, glasses," repeats in my mind. Deep down I know that the right thing to do is to find the owner and give the glasses back. A few minutes go by and no one comes to claim them.

"What if the owner needs the glasses to study for an exam?" I asked myself. As much as I would like to keep the glasses, I feel guilty for keeping something that does not belong to me. I ponder and ponder the situation. "What should I do?" I wondered. "I have an idea!"

Maybe I should bring the glasses to the library's Lost and Found. That way, whoever lost the glasses will know where to find them! But what if no one claims them? Then I would be losing the chance of giving these beautiful glasses to my sister or making money by selling them! I don't know what to do! I feel sweat dripping from my forehead. "What should I do!?"
