Who are we?
Darkest Hour
We read an extract from Churchill's autobiography entitled 'My Early life' where he explains he was not keen on school and disliked Latin very much while he was much better at writing essays in English. In order to know more about this major politician in British history, we studied his biography and watched the trailer from 'Darkest Hour'
Dead Poets Society
We imagined Todd's autobiography: one of the main characters.
He is a shy student who lacks confidence and he eventually manages to overcome his shyness thanks to Mr Keating. The pupils had to find a title to their imaginative autobiographies and the chapter where they focused on Todd's memories on this years at Welton academy with Mr Keating. Here is an example of a ficticious autobiography written by Juliette:
