I am a twelve-year-old boy called John with a magical, small, flying cat. The flying cat was a called Obsidian The Magical. Obsidian was lying on top of me. It was 2:00 AM when I creeped out of the bed and woke Obsidian too. We read a book called The Dragon’s Shoe. 

“Obsidian,” I whispered. “We got to go find that shoe!” “Come on! You woke me up at 2:00 AM!” Obsidian argued. “Please just this time,” I begged. “Fine,” he replied. Since my backpack was in my parent’s room, I asked for Obsidian to go into the carboard quietly and get the bag. He also took dad’s car keys. We went out the front door and closed it quietly behind us. I started up the car and sped away to the jungle. “Are we there yet?! It’s been hou- HHHHELLLPP!!” Obsidian cried. “HEEEELLLPPP!!!” We both screamed. SPLASH! The car fell off the bridge and into the lake bellow! Whew! I was just imagining falling off the bridge. “I think we’re here!”

I saw a big castle. I crept along the castle walls with Obsidian flapping lightly by my side. “RRRROOOOAAAAAAHHHH!” Hundreds and hundreds of dragon guards were chasing us! “HOO HA HOO HOO HOO HA HO HA HA HOO HOO!” The dragons chanted.

“Fly!” I told Obsidian. KA-CLINKA! I. Stepped. On. A. Pressure. Plate. Connected. To. A. Trap. “HEELLP!” I fell down a hole! “OBSIDIAN! HEEEELLPP!” Obsidian noticed my call for help and flew into the hole. “I will save you!” He replied. His claws grabbed my shirt and Obsidian pulled me out. When we got out, we were surrounded by dragons! One dragon was starting to make fire balls to throw at me! I saw a small black dot flying in the distance.

It looked familiar in a way. “Dad!” Obsidian cried. His dad looked like Obsidian but bigger. His name was Black Tiger. Black Tiger came down and showered the dragons with white fire. The dragons were dry in seconds!

Black Tiger burnt the king dragon too. That helped me get into the castle. I searched the castle for the treasure chamber. It was 6:42 PM! My parents are obviously awake! But I jumped into the treasure chamber. I simply took The Dragon’s Shoe and drove away. The shoe was a star shape and it had two powers: Defence and super strength. We went home but thankfully my parents go to sleep early. I put The Dragon’s Shoe in my draw and went to sleep.
