HOW TO
First, you should oven to 175 degrees. Then break
the egg and start to whisk the mixture with the granulated sugar. You should continue to whisk by adding milk, oil and lemon juice to the resulting mixture. After, add flour, baking soda and grated lemon peel and mix. Next,pour the formed cake mixture into the cake mold. Finally bake in a 175 degree oven for 40 minutes. If you wish, you can serve with powdered sugar.

INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 grated lemon peel
3 tablespoons of lemon juice
½ cup of oil
1 cup of milk
1 package baking powder
1 package vanilla extract



INGREDIENTS
5 large tomatoes
2 tablespoons of flour
1 tablespoon of butter
4 cups of hot broth
2 tea cups of hot milk
For Optional
1 cup grated cheese
HOW TO
First of all, melt the butter in a pan. Then add flour and fry it on low heat with melted butter until you take the smell of it. Then grate the five tomatoes and combine the flour mixture and cook for about five minutes. Add hot broth over the mixture. In order to avoid cutting the soup you cook, add two cups of heated milk. Cook the soup over medium heat until it boiled, then simmer over low heat for 15 minutes. If you don’t want particals in soup, you can pass it through the blender. Finally, serve the soup with grated cheese if you want. Enjoy your meal!

HOW TO
In a large bowl, place the ground beef then add the breadcrumbs, grated onion, beaten eggs, salt, cumin, ground black pepper and minced parsley. Combine all very well. Then, With wet hands take a piece the size of a large walnut and roll into 2 finger size. Also, Heat the vegetable oil in a pan and fry the wedge cut potatoes first. After that, fry the meatballs and after all fried place them into the tray.
Place the fried potatoes 1 by 1 meatball. Place the point green peppers and sliced tomatoes on top of the meatballs and wedge potatoes evenly. Finally,iIn a bowl combine all of the sauce ingredients and pour over the meatballs and wedge cut patatoes evenly. And then place the tray to the oven and cook about 15-20 minutes in 180C.

KUMPİR-BAKED POTATOES RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
4 large potatoes
2 tablespoons of butter
1 garlic
150-200g of grated cheddar or
mozeralla cheese
Olives, Russian Salad,
Roasted Red Pepper,
Pickles,
Taco chips to garnish
HOW TO
Firstly, pierce each potato quite a few times with a fork, then wrap each one in aluminium foil. Place potatoes on a baking tray and bake for an hour or until tender. Meanwhile, combine butter and garlic then set aside. Allow to cool slightly, then make a slice through the centre of each potato, about halfway through. Using a fork, fluff up the soft potato flesh inside. Then, place garlic butter and some mozzarella cheese into the slit along with salt and pepper and mix them together with the potato flesh. Add remaining mozzarella and mix until the centre of the potato is creamy and smooth. Finally, the materials to garnish are cut and added on the potatoes. Enjoy the meal!

KISIR
Ingredients:
1cup of bulgur wheat, large grain
1 onion , 1 lemon,
some lettuce, some parsley,
1 tbl spoon salt.olive oil,salt ,
preparation: First pour 1 cup of hot water on the bulgur,İt should stay until all of water is absorbed.Then add all of the chopped vegetables to the bulgur.Next pour lemon juice, salt and olive oil on it.After all mix them.It ready to serve. Enjoy your meal :)

MANTI
Ingredients: 250gr. mincemeat
2 cups of flour,2eggs
half tblspoon salt 2 chopped onions
Receipt: Make a soft dough by adding water ,flour,salt and eggs.
Then cover and set aside your dough at least 30minutes.
Then cook chopped onion and mincemeat for put it your dough.
30mnts later,you roll your dough and cut it into2-inch squares with a knife
Place cooked mincemeat filling in the center of each square.put 4 corners of a square together.Make this for all of the squares.Then place them into a baking tray.Next bake it for 10mnts .After all,pour tomato sauce and hot water in it.Then bake it for 10mnts now your meal is ready now. Peas Rice
Ingredients:1cup rice, 1 tablespoon full butter
1/4 cup green peas, 2cups of water
RECEIPT: Firstly, Put the butter into the saucepan.
When the butter melts, add rice and peas.
Then stir them.
After then,pour hot water into thr saucepan.
Cook it for 15 minutes or until rice is tender.

BaabBaklava
Ingredients:6 oz shelled pistachios, coarsely chopped
Make the Honey Syrup: Place the sugar and water in a saucepan and heat stove-top, stirring occasionally, until sugar dissolves. Add the honey, orange extract if using, and whole cloves;stir to mix.Bring to a boil,then lower heat and let simmer for about 25mnts. Remove syrup from heat and let cool to lukewarm. Add lemon juice. Remove the whole cloves.
Make the Nut Mixture: In the bowl of a food processor fitted with a blade, add the pistachios, walnut, and hazelnuts. Pulse a few times to chop. Transfer to a large mixing bowl and add sugar, cinnamon, and ground cloves. Mix well to combine.
