Once upon a time, there was a happy crew of 8th graders at Școala Gimnazială "Ștefan cel Mare" from Alexandria who   eagerly took the challenge to go on an eTwinning adventure trip under the command of their devoted French teacher, Dobrin Paula

At the starting point they met the captains of the ship" Our story, our history" , Corina and Meltem, and a lot more  beautiful and kind people, who welcomed them aboard. 

They set off on their journey by the end of August - beginning of September 2021 and on leaving, they promised themselves to come back richer in knowledge, skills and...frienships.

Together with their partners , they travelled the seas of their countries' history and culture and, in the depths, they discovered chests full of jewels - people of legend and stunning places of great historical importance.

 While sailing, all of them marveled at how rich and  beautiful the marks left by their peoples are.

They worked hard, most times in national and transnational teams, digging for historical facts, creating logos, crafting, painting, playing games (e-safety games, Kahoot, Quizizz), , writing articles for collaborative e-books and many other. 

, After much hard work, they met to celebrate, particularly on their national days. For the celebrations they got dressed in their folk costumes and danced their traditional dances. In sign of deep respect for their country and for those of their partners' they  prepared surprise-videos and addressed heartfelt wishes to their partner team on important event dates in their countries' history.  

CELEBRATING NATIONAL DAYS TOGETHER

They crafted Christmas cards, wrote and shared heart-warming messages with the partners in the project

      They celebrated         Easter 

      and 

   Ramadan       together!
