Everyone hears the message about how it doesn’t matter what you look like on the outside it’s what’s on the inside that counts. A lot of people find themselves not listening to this and continuing to care about there appearance. But stop and think about how many people have said something mean about the way you look. Do these people often make mean comments about other people? Is this person a friend of yours who was being sarcastic? Just stop and think: you are the only one who cares about your appearance.
