COLD SNACKS....


Ingredients:
- Raisins
- Celery
- Peanut butter
Wash your celery. cut off the bottom of the celery then cut your celery into 4-6 inch length each. fill the duvet with peanut butter and finish it off my adding raisins on the top to represent ants.
Nutrients:
Celery contains vitamins A, C, and K. Peanut butter contains vitamins E and B6. Raisins contain iron copper and vitamin B6.

Very berry smoothie
Ingredients:
32 oz vanilla yogurt
16 oz orange juice
2 cups of frozen berries
1 whole banana
ice/
take out your blender. add 16 oz. of orange juice, then add half of the yogurt container to the blender. add your choice of 2 cups of berries. break the banana in half and add it in too. fill the rest up ice and start to blend to get your perfect berry smoothie.

Cheese and Ham blanket
Ingredients:
Slices of ham
Slices of cheese

Nutrients:
Vitamins C, B6, and D
11g of protein
8g of protein in cheese
high in fiber
buy sliced cheese and sliced ham. take your cheese and place in on the bottom. take the ham and place it on top of the cheese. roll the cheese and ham up into a roll and in enjoy a simple snack.

avocado & cucumber salad
Ingredients:
1 avocado
1 washed cucumber
salad dressing

Cut avocado into small pieces. cut the washed cucumber into similar size pieces. place all into a bowl and sprinkle salt on top. after cover in salad dressing and eat a Delicious simple health salad.

Fruit bowl
ingredients:
(any fruit of your choice)
Strawberries
blueberries
1 banana
raspberries

Wash all the fruits off. grab a cutting board and cut off the green of the strawberries. cut strawberries in 2 and place into the medium bowl. place the blue berries and raspberries in the bowl. unpeel banana and cut up the banana and place in the bowl. now you have a Delicious fruit bowl.
