Tarhana Soup

Tarhana soup is a type of soup that is seen in various forms in a wide geography such as Anatolia, the Balkans and Central Asia. Tarhana soup, which consists of yogurt, can be stored for a long time because it is in dry powder form. 

It strengthens immunity and  prevents cold and flu. It takes away the fatigue; gives energy. It is good for the digestive system and removes toxins. It is good for brain health. It can remove excess salt from the body. It lowers bad cholesterol. And also, 

it is good for skin and hair health. 

Ingredients 

Process

Andalusian Gazpacho 

      About 1.5 kg of tomatoes cut into pieces

    About 1.5 of green pepper

    1 clove of garlic

    About 1.5 of cucumber

    1 DL of olive oil 

    4 tablespoons of vinegar of wine

    1 slice of white bread (if you don't have white bread,          use sliced bread) 

    Refined salt

1. Catch the tomatoes, peel them and dip them in boiling water for a few minutes.

2. Peel the cucumber and cop it.

3. Put the bread to soak.

4. Put the cucumber, the pepper, garlic, bread, the tomatoes in the blender and grind them.

5. Add salt, vinegar and oil to the mix.

6. Put the mix in a chinois and then in a tureen.

7. After that, put the mix in the fridge for about 2 hours.

8. Serve the gazpacho on a plate.

9. Add dices of bread, pepper, tomatoes, onion and a half hard-boiled egg.
