When it comes to learning using technology, I used to think that it was best for learning quickly. Now I think that technology has much more potential than simply that. Technology has "allowed more freedom, and teachers are guides in an exciting new world of almost infinite knowledge(Gorenko, 2020)." The height of technology can only just be measured with learning.

I always knew the tools of Google and the like were useful, but now I have learned much more about how to use them. I believe that tools that technology has given us can be used for so much more than what we give them credit for. 

Before the class, I never cared about digital organization. But now things are different. 

Digital organization can make teaching easier if done right!

But now I know that digital organization is important to keep track of a lot of websites and sources.

Before learning too much about digital citizenship, I didn't think too much about it. But with all of the new developments of cyberbullying, I understand now it's something that can't be ignored. As a future teacher, I need to do my part to prevent any further bullying.

A few years ago, I didn't care about what I said on the internet. I became a Digital Citizen after learning more about how words can end up influencing not only yourself but how it can influence others. I need to do my part to better the Internet. 

Audio and video were simply another form of communication before, but now I see them as a new way to communicate to students and for students to communicate back.

I used to think of assessments as simply another way to demonstrate learning. Now, I think that assessment tools can be used for so much more. Assessment tools can help students get engaged with what I am teaching, and can greatly improve how I wish to teach the overall lesson. 

I used to think adaptive learning wasn't too important to think about, but now I know how useful it can be, particularly how it relates to Bloom's Taxonomy. I wish to incorporate this into my classroom so that I can see what my students need help with for learning and otherwise.
