Alpha- tocopherol acts as an antioxidant, finding loose electrons (free radicals) that can potentially damage cells. It helps the body by forming red blood cells and widening blood vessels to prevent blood clots. Without doing so, it can cause blood clots and a weaker immune system.

is for Ascorbic Acid
Ascorbic Acid is a water-soluble vitamin that helps the body produce collagen which aids in wound healing and repairing bones and teeth. With the lack of ascorbic acid it can cause bleeding gums, general weakness, hair breakage, lengthened wound healing, etc..

Biotin is a water-soluble vitamin helps our body convert nutrients into energy. It is often found in things as hair products to strengthen hair and nails. If you do not have enough biotin, it can cause nervous system issues which can lead to thinning of hair, rash around eyes, etc..

Calciferol is a fat-soluble vitamin that helps the body to absorb calcium and phosphorus. It is necessary for building and keeping bones strong. If we have a deficiency of calciferol can lead to bone softening diseases, rickets, and could potentially cause osteoporosis.

The body uses calcium to allow muscles to move and for nerves to carry messages between brain and rest of the body as well as helping the body release hormones. is for Cyanocobalamin

Cyanocobalamin is a man-made vitamin created to help prevent and help treat low blood sugars. It is required in the body that we have the B12 to produce red blood cells. The vitamin combines with a protein called intrinsic factor to help carry out its function. A lack of Cyanocobalamin can cause general weakness, heart palpations, pale skin, vision loss and much more.

is for Folic Acid

Folic Acid is a vitamin that helps the body with producing RNA and DNA, especially during periods of time when cells and tissues grow quickly. Folic acid works with Cyanocobalamin to help produce red blood cells. If the body lacks Folic acid can lead to general weakness, fatigue, shortness of breath, and heart palpitations.

Iron is a vitamin used to make hemoglobin, which carries oxygen from the lungs to all parts of the body. Our body uses Iron to help make hormones as well. If the body lacks deficiency causes iron deficiency amenia which makes you tired and weak.
