FRANCE

Fois gras is a very famous dish in France made from the liver of a duck. Another few dish you should try are crepes, baguettes, and all their amazing pastries. They are also well known for their Wine and Champagne. 

PORTUGAL

Pasteis de bacalhau is a well known dish made in Portugal, it is made with potatos, onions, garlic, and layered with egg or milk and then deep fried. Another famous dish to try is Sardinhas assadas (grilled sardines).

ITALY

Spaghetti Alla Carbonara or any other type of pasta is a must when going to Italy, their homemade pasta and sauce are a delight. Another dish you need to try is any kind of pizza, their homemade crust really makes the pizza incredible.

SPAIN

Paella is the most famous dish in Spain, it is made with rice, saffron, vegetables, chicken, and seafood. Spain is also known for having really good Jamón (ham) and other charcuterie which I would definitely recommend trying. 

GERMANY

Germany is famous for their amazing Schnitzel made from veal, pork, chicken, mutton, beef, or turkey. They also make really amazing pretzels. They also are known for having the best beer in the world!

MEXICO

Mexico has many famous dishes but Tamales has to be in the top three if trying if you ever go to Mexico. Tamales are made of a corn based dough filled with various meats or beans and cheese. They also make amazing burritos and tacos.

JAPAN

Japan is famous for many reasons but one of them is how amazing their sushi's are. Sushi is made with rice, raw fish, seaweed, and many other seafoods. Their presentation is also incredible. They also make really good soups and noodles.

INDIA

Indian curry is probably the most delicious food in India. Curry is made of ginger, garlic, fennel, mace, cumin, coriander, cardamom, cinnamon, and turmeric. This dish has been around for thousands of years and it is definitely one to try.
