LESSON 1

     GASTROINTESTINAL UNIT

1- The stomach helps digest food.

2- Gastritic is a inflammation of the stomach lining.

3- When I am sick i feel nauseous.

4- Blood in the stool is not healty. 

5- Vomiting gives me a headache. 

6- Saliva helps digestion. 

7- The colon is responsible for the absorption of water and minerals.

8- Nutrients are absorbed in the intestines. 

9-To be healthy we must lead a healthy lifestyle. 

10- Acidic food gives me reflux.  

                                   LESSON 2

           Cardiovascular Unit 

1- The heart is a muscular organ located in the chest cavity, slighty tilted to the left of the center of the chest. 

2- Arteries carry oxygen rich blood from the heart to the body´s tissues.

3- Chest paint can be a symptom of heart disease or breathing problems. 

4- Veins carry deoxygenated blood back to the heart from the tissues. 

5- Cardiac arrest is a medical emergency in which a person´s heart suddenly and unexpectedly stops beating. 

6- Blood pressure is the force exerted by the blood against the walls of the arteries.

7- The main function of the heart is to pump oxygenated blood through the body and carry deoxygenated blood back to the lungs for oxygenation. 

8- High cholesterol in the blood can cause fatty buildup in the arteries. 

-9 The heart is a universal symbol of the love and life, and its shape is commonly used to represent emotions and feelings. 

10- The human heart has four chambers, two atria at the top and two ventricles at the bottom.

    Respiratory Unit

1-My trachea hurts a lot doctor.

2-My nasal cavity is congested

3-My breathing slowed down in the last 10 minutes

4- I will have to have surgery on my vocal cords

5-The doctor told me that my bronchi are inflamed.

6-Smoking will damage your alveolus.

7-Tested positive for tuberculosis.

8-The patient was taken to the emergency room and connected to mechanical ventilation.

9-Inhalation the air enters through the nose and mouth through the larynx. 

10-The nasal cavity is the inner part of the nose.

          lesson 4

    Neurological unit 

1- An injury to the brain can cause inflammation.

2-I'm seeing the bullet lodged in the frontal lobe.

3-The cerebellum processes information from other areas of the brain.

4- The facial nerve runs through the temporal bone through a bony canal called the fallopian aqueduct.

5-The spinal cord connects the brain to nerves throughout most of the body.

6-The temporal lobes integrate auditory perception.

7-The optic nerve contains more than one million nerve fiber.

8-The radial nerve gives sensation to the skin. 

9-The ulnar nerve gives sensation to the little finger and half of the ring finger.

10-The lumbar region of the spine, more commonly known as the lower back, consists of five vertebrae
