Description: An exit ticket is a quick activity that is completed at the end of class that can help the teacher see where each student is on a educational level and where they can help improve in the next lesson. 

How it can be used in physical education: This strategy can be used in physical education classes by handing each student a blank index card at the end of class and asking them to write one thing they learned in class or one thing they can improve on!! 

Strategy 2: Homework Practice 

Description: Having homework gives you a dedicated amount of time to practice what you learned in class to get a better understanding and skills in what you are doing

Description: Game based learning is when you have your students learn through different methods such as different games. This can help engage the students more as they are likely to understand the material better!

How it can be used in physical education: This strategy can be used in physical education classes by having all students as a whole pick their favorite game and then building your lesson around the one they choose and present it as a instant activity.
