How to be happy in Europe
Etwinning-2024/25
To all those who love candies.....

I was responsible for taking my little cousins out to trick-or-treating, but when I look outside I suddenly felt scared of gloomy dark.....I took a deep breath and reminded myself thet I had to be brave for them.
:"Okay, guys, let'ss go!" I said trying to sound cheerful. My cousins,
dressed as a vampire and a witch, took their candy bags.
As we stepped outside, the wind howled through the trees, making the branches
sway like ghostly arms. I shivered and pulled my jacket tighter around me.
The streetlights trembled, casting spooky shadows on the pavement.
“Don’t worry, it’s just the wind”, I told my cousins, though I wasn't sure if I was trying to convince them or myself. I walked down the street, stopping at each house to collect candies. The houses were decorated with horrible decorations, glowing pumpkins, fake cobwebs, and skeletons that seemed to move when I looked away. “Look, a haunted house!” My cousin pointed to a house at the end of the street. It was covered in darkness with only a single light in the window. “Are you sure you want to go there?” I asked, my voice trembling a little. “Yeah! It’ll be fun!” they said pulling me towards the house. I took a deep breath and followed them. As I got closer I heard strange noises, creaking doors, whispering voices, and footstep, that didn’t seem to belong to anyone.
We reached the front door and knocked. The door creaked and opened slowly, revealing a dark hallway.
."Trick or treat! " my cousins shouted, their voices echoed in the darkness.Suddenly, a figure appeared in the doorway, dressed in a cloak and holding a lantern.
:"Welcome to the haunted house ",the figure said in a deep voice.
I felt a chill run down my spine, but I forced a smile and we went inside.
"Let's get some candies and get out of here," I whispered to my cousins.
They nodded, their eyes were filled with excitement.
As we walked through the house, we met all sorts of spooky surprises—ghosts that popped out of walls, skeletons that moved their bones, and witches that laughed in the shadows.
But despite the scares, we managed to collect a lot of of candies.
"That was awesome!" my cousins said as we left the house.
I smiled, feeling a sense of relief .As we walked back home, the wind was strong, the trees seemed to whisper Suddenly, I heard footsteps behind us .......
