The Halloween Killer

“Have you read the article about the Halloween Killer?”, she asked while showing her phone screen to her friends, Hana and Poppy. It was the 31st of October- the Halloween night. They were heading out for a Halloween party. The moon was shining in all its glory. “Yes, I remember, but don’t remind me. I almost forgot it”, answered Poppy, but you could see the fear in her eyes. “Why are you so afraid, no one is going to kill you.”, replied Hana, looking a bit annoyed. “I think, nothing is going to happen this year. We have security guards and cameras everywhere,” Dasy added. Suddenly they heard a loud scream for help. Without any discussion, the three of them raced to the old Victorian mansion, where the frantic scream came from. But as soon as they stepped inside, the door closed by itself behind them and the scream fell silent. “I think, we are trapped,” Poppy stuttered.(Germany)

They tried opening the door, kicking it, trying to break it, but they couldn't do anything. 

After giving up, they decided to explore the mansion, trying to see if they could find the person who was screaming. 

Going through room after room, they couldn't find anyone. 

A noise coming from the basement made them think that someone was there, but they were too scared to check. 

The noises started sounding more like talking. They knew someone was in there. 

Gathering up the courage, they opened the door and walked down, into the basement. Looking around, it looked like no one was there. Hana then noticed something behind one of the cabinets. After pushing it out of the way, a door was revealed. Opening the door, a chill ran down their spine, as they saw a creature wandering around.  Poppy was the first one that started running out of the room, followed by Hana and Dasy.(who wrote this ?thanks )
