The Industrial Revolution was a time where almost all technology improved and so did the workers. There were also some downsides to this though.
The main problem was when too many people were moving into the local towns to get paid for construction. This led to many towns getting overpopulated.
When the towns found out about this they started building factories and more homes for towns to not be as overpopulated. Construction workers started building with more quality materials including metal and steel. Using these kinds of parts made it a lot easier to build and finish construction a lot faster and more efficiently. They thought it would be a good idea to make more homes. The reason to this was because other people's lives were being affected by overpopulation.
Construction workers continued to do what they were doing because they seemed to finish projects a lot faster with a lot more quality. People were also enjoying being in environments where the quality of their buildings were bigger, had more room, and looked more official. Obviously construction workers were going to keep on trying to improve on better things like this, so people could be happier and live better lives.
As of now, construction keeps on getting better and improving. The reason for this is because people are finding more ways to improve with things that include buildings standing up straight, making quality building,s, and doing many tests to see if the building is ready to be used. If people can find more ways to have cheaper parts for a building that works better, this would be a way that construction technology would be improved.
The Industrial Revolution could have been improved with many things. The first thing is safety. Back then workers wouldn't have any harnesses or anything to protect them from falling. Also in factories the machines to design things were very dangerous, for example there were many exposed blades. There were even toxic gasses that were let out into the air by machines and other design items.
The Industrial Revolution started to begin in the years 1760-1840. It began in Britain, Europe, North America, and Japan. The first Industrial Revolution was coal in 1765. The second Industrial Revolution was gas in 1870. There were two more Industrial revolutions after the 1870 period.
The Industrial Revolution began when new machines replaced human labor and increased production. Some of the machines that were invented during this time were the Spinning Jenny which made yarn, The Cotton Gin which produced cotton, and the Steam Engine which burned coal to make motion (Normally in steam boats).
The Industrial Revolution spread to the United States in the late 18th century. Samuel Slater, who was an immigrant from Britain, smuggled a steam engine into the country and opened a textile mill. Other mills were then opened as well as a greater demand for mines, lumber, and transportation. The development of railroads increased the ongoing population into towns.
