Part 1: Disagreement
Asya and Michaela are two close friends in the same class. However, one day they cannot agree on which group pieces they belong to. While Michaela argues that her own idea is better, Asya says that she does not listen to anything about her. Asya gets very angry and the argument turns into a fight.

Part 2: Deep Breathing
Asya breaks down in anger at Michaela. On the way home, her mother tells her to try taking deep breaths. Asya takes deep breaths to release her anger and relaxes a bit.

Accepting your feelings Asya accepts that she is angry.
Her mother says,

Part 5: Take Deep Breaths and Imagine
Asya takes another deep breath while sitting in a quiet area and imagines herself in a place where she is happy: by the sea. This gives her peace.

Chapter 6: Write Your Feelings
In order for her anger to be better understood, Asya takes a piece of paper and writes it down. She expresses her feelings at the time "Michaela listened to me and it made me very angry."
