SPANISH OMELLETTE
.
INGREDIENTS
Potatoes: 4 Eggs: 3 Onion: 1 Salt 1 teaspoon
Olive Oil
How to make a Spanish Omelette
Peel and cut the potatoes and onions in small pieces
Fry in a pan with olive oil 15 minutes
In a bowl, mix the eggs and add the potatoes, onions and a bit of salt.
Fry the mixture in a pan until golden brown.
Walnuts Chocolate Rocks
Ingredients
500 g Walnuts and 400 g Chocolate
How to make it
We melt the chocolate in a pan.
We add the walnuts.
We stir generously.
We use a spoon to make the stones.


BELEM CAKES
Ingredients:
250 ml of milk
1 lemon
1 cinamon stick
180 gr of sugar
90 ml of water
30 gr of flour
350 gr butter puff pastry
How to make it?
1. Preheat the Oven 190°C

5. Bake for 15-20 min
6. Cool and enjoy

SACHER
INGREDIENTS: flour, eggs, butter, sugar, dark chocolate, yeast and apricot jam.
PREPARATIONS:
-Beat the eggs in a bowl.
-Put sugar, flour and butter.
-Mix everything.
-Put Apricot jam and mix.
-Put in the oven for ten minutes
and stuffed on.
At the end, put the cholocate on.
ENJOY

PASTA WITH PESTO
INGREDIENTS:
- pesto
- garlic
- pine nuts
- olive oil
- cheese
PROCEDURE
Crush the ingredients mixed.
PANCAKES
INGREDIENTS:
- 30g melted butter
-250ml milk
-125g flour
-25g sugar
-8g yeast
-salt
-1 egg

PROCEDURE:
-Milk in a bowl
-Add the butter cut into pieces
-Heat the bowl in a microwave (three minutes)
-Add the bowl: flour, sugar, yeast, a bit of salt and egg.
- Mix all together until you have a smooth butter.
-Cook in a pan and add chocolate, jam, or fruit when ready.
HAVE A GOOD TASTE!
BUTTER BISCUITS
INGREDIENTS:
-250g flour
-1 egg
-100 g sugar
-100 g butter
-1 teaspoon yeast
EXECUTION:
-Mix all the ingredients
-Put the dough in the fridge for 1 hour
-Roll out the dough
-Cut the biscuits with a cookie cutter
-Bake at 200° for 15 minutes.

SARMALE
is a traditional Balkan dish originating from Macedonia.
INGREDIENTS
-Cabbage
-Meat
-Rice
-Onion
PROCEDURE
-Take the cabbage from the pickled harriers and wash it.
- Cook the minced meat and rice with onion.
-Put the filling inside the cabbage and cook in a pan.
-Cook for 20 minutes, and the dish is ready.

WHITE CAKE
INGREDIENTS:
300g flour
200g sugar
100 ml milk
50 ml seed oil
1 yeast
1 vanillin
2 eggs
PROCEDURE:
-Beat the eggs
-Mix with sugar, milk, oil, flour, yeast and vanillin.
-Cook for 25/30 min in the oven at 180°.
If you want, you can add chocolate, apple or anything you want.

COOKIES
INGREDIENTS:
- 140g FLOUR
- 60g SUGAR
- A TABLESPOON OF BAKING POWDER
- CHOCOLATE CHIPS
- 50g BUTTER
- 80 ml MILK

PREPARATION:
- PUT 140g OF FLOUR
- ADD 60 g OF SUGAR
- A SPOON OF YEAST AND MIX
- ADD 50g OF BUTTER
- 80ml OF MILK, CHOCOLATE DROPS AND MIX
- MAKE SOMA BALLS OF DOUGH
- PUT THEM IN THE OVEN AT 180° FOR 12/13 MINUTES.

TORRIJAS, an special spanish dessert for Easter
Ingredients:
- 1 loaf of bread (preferably a day or two old) - 500 ml of milk
- 3 eggs - 100 g of sugar - 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- Olive oil or sunflower oil (for frying) - Sugar and cinnamon for sprinkling
Instructions:
1. Prepare the bread: Cut the loaf of bread into slices.
2. Heat the milk: In a saucepan. Add the sugar, ground cinnamon and remove.
3. Soak the bread: Dip the bread slices into the warm milk.
4. Beat the eggs in a bowl.
5. Fry the torrijas: Heat oil in a frying pan. Remove the soaked bread from the milk. Fry in the hot oil until golden brown on both sides.
6. Sprinkle: Mix some sugar with cinnamon on a plate and sprinkle it over the warm torrijas.
7. Serve: Enjoy your torrijas!!








Pasta Salad.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of pasta. - 1 cup of cherry tomatoes. - Cucumber diced
- 1/2 cup of bell pepper, diced (any color)
- 1/2 cup of red onion - 1/2 cup of black olives
- 1/2 cup of feta cheese - 1/4 cup of fresh bacon
- Salt and pepper to taste
1. Cook the Pasta2. Prepare the Vegetables: chop the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and olives.3. Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chopped vegetables, feta cheese and bacon. 4. Season to Taste: Adjust the seasoning with additional salt and pepper if needed. Enjoy your delicious pasta salad!
CHURROS WITH SUGAR

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of water- 2 tablespoons of sugar- 1/2 teaspoon of salt-
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil (plus more for frying)- 1 cup of all-purpose flour- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Prepare the dough: In a medium saucepan, combine all the ingredients and stir vigorously until the mixture forms a ball.
2. Let the dough cool for a few minutes until it’s manageable to handle.
3. Prepare for frying: Heat oil in a deep frying pan. You’ll need enough oil to submerge the churros.
4. Pipe the churros: Transfer the dough to a piping bag.

7. Coat with sugar. Enjoy your churros warm, with chocolate sauce!
TUNA EMPANADA
Ingredients:
- A pair s puff pastry. - 1 egg (for egg wash)
- For the Filling: - 3 cans of tuna - 1/2 cup of onion
- 1/2 cup of bell pepper - 1/4 cup of black olives
- 1 hard-boiled egg.
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine the drained tuna, onion, bell pepper, olives, hard-boiled, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined
2. Preheat your oven to 190°C.-
3. On a plain surface, roll out the dough and fill in with the mix.
4. Cover with the second dough ans close the edges.
5. Beat the egg and brush it over the top of each empanada for a golden finish.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown. S
Serve:- Let the empanadas cool slightly before serving.
Enjoy them warm as a snack or a light meal!

RICE PUDDING
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of rice (preferably short-grain)- 4 cups of milk- 1 cup of sugar- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract- 1 cinnamon stick (optional)- A pinch of salt- Ground cinnamon for serving
Instructions:
1. Cook the Rice: In a medium saucepan, combine the rinsed rice, 1 cup of water, and a pinch of salt. Boil for about 15 minutes.
2. Add Milk and Sugar: Once the rice is cooked, add the 4 cups of milk, sugar, and the cinnamon stick to the saucepan.
3. Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring frequently to prevent sticking.
4. Add Vanilla and cinamon stick and remove
5. Serve: Spoon the rice pudding into bowls and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
You can serve it warm or cold, depending on your preference.Enjoy your delicious rice pudding!

- Melt the butter.
- Add a glass of sugar and mix it.
-Add cacao and the eggs. Mix them very well.
-Put a packet of vanilin and grind the biscuits in the mixture.
- Pour the mixture on a plate and freeze it in the fridge.
