

Ingredients
1 pastry puff
3 eggs
150 grams of minced meat
Parsley /pepper /salt
1 coffee spoon of nutmeg

1 Cook hard-boiled eggs
2 Spread the puff pastry
3 Mix the meat , parsley and spices
4 Spread the meat in the middle of the pastry puff as a long " column"
5 Cut the eggs into 2 parts and place them on top of the meat
6 Close the pastry puff sticking the sides together and pressing them with your fingers .
7 Spread the pastry with an egg yolk
8 Make a few holes on the top to let the steam go while cooking
9 Place in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 ° celsius .
2 Pâté de pommes de terre
Ingredients
Salt/pepper/one onion
2 puff pastries
1.5 kilo of potatoes
50 cl thick dairy cream
1 Wash the potatoes, peel them , dry them and cut them into thin slices
2 Peel and slice the onion
3 Mix it with the potatoes .Add salt and pepper
4 Spread one of the 2 pastry puffs into a round mould
5 Put the potatoes on top of it and add half the dairy cream
6 Cover everything with the second pastry puff
7 Brush the upper crust with egg yolk to have a nice colour
9 Make a small hole in the middle with a knife
10 Bake in the oven for about 50 minutes to one hour maximum at 180 ° C ( check the light brown colour on the top ) Cut the upper crust into a small circle and place the rest of the cream before serving.

3 Le Creusois
Ingredients
120 grs of melted and cooled butter
120 grs of flour
250 grs of caster sugar
100 grs of hazelnut powder
5 egg white
1 Mix the sugar, flour and hazelnut powder
2 Add the melted butter and mix the ingredients well
3 Beat the egg whites until stiff
4 Add them gently to the sugar, flour and hazelnut mixture
5 Cook at 160 ° C for 35 minutes .
6 Let cool
7 Make a custard cream with the yolks to accompany the cake if you want


A nice dessert
4 Galette de pommes de terre
Ingredients
2 puff pastes
500 grams potatoes
15 cl dairy cream (a little thick )
A little butter
1 pinch of ground nutmeg
chiboulette + chopped garlic
Salt / Pepper
1 Wash, peel and cook the potatoes in boiling water.
2 Crush the mashed potatoes and add the dairy cream ,a little butter to make it smooth
3 Add a pinch of pepper , salt, the nutmeg , the herbs.
4 Spread the first puff paste onto a baking sheet into a rectangular shape you will have made before
5 Spread smooth the mashed potatoes with a spoon . Leave a small edge all aroound.
6 Cover with the second rectangular-shaped puff pastry. Seal the edges together
7 Cook for 25 minutes in a preheated oven at
190 °C . When cooked , serve with salad !
