My preschoolers prepared tasty doughnuts.
The recipe:
1 kg wheat flour
4 eggs
200 grams of sugar
600 ml of milk
50 ml of oil
30 grams of brewer's yeast
a pinch of vanilla sugar
a pinch of salt
lemon peel
Mix all the ingredients with the heated milk, let it rise, shape the donuts and fry them in hot oil. Good appetite!

Vegetable soup with sour milk
0.5 l water
1 onion, 1 carrot
1 capia pepper, 1 bell pepper
half a zucchini, salt
1 tablespoon of broth
2.5 l sour milk
Chop the vegetables, add them to the boiling water with salt, let it boil a little and add the sour milk. Finally add the broth. Enjoy!

Ingredients for Keşkek Recipe
1 kg whole wheat- 3 drumsticks- Salt
For the sauce; Butter- Tomato paste
How to make: Place the drumsticks at the bottom of the pot. Add the wheat and salt. Add enough water to cover the prepared material. Place the pot in the wood oven in the evening and keep it in the oven until morning. Take the keşkek out of the oven and crush it well with a large wooden spoon. Pour tomato sauce on it and serve.

Cold betroot soup
INGREDIENTS:
Number of servings: 5
1 litre of kefir
400 g pickled beetroot (or cooked)
2 cucumbers
Onion leaves
Some dill
Salt to taste
2 eggs (boiled)
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
1.Finely chop the onion leaves and dill.
2.Mix the kefir well with salt. Add the pickled beetroot (with all the liquid), the onion leaves and the cucumber. Mix.
3.You can serve the the soup as soon as they are made, but they taste better after they have been in the fridge for at least 1-2 hours.
4.Serve with boiled eggs. Boiled potatoes are a good accompaniment.
