Ramen
A favorite dish is a dish that someone enjoys more than others. I am Chef Malia and I share with you one of my favourite dishes, ramen. It's very easy.
Ingredients:
* Packet ramen with the seasoning
*1 cube
* Half of an Onion
* 3 clove Garlic
* Water (one and a half cups)
* Optional sausage and carrot cut in cubes
First, light the stove and put on the pot. Put in the oil and let it hot before adding the chopped garlic, onions and sausages to sautè. Then put in the carrot and let it cook for sometime and then add the water, packet seasonings, cube and let simmer for about 15 mins.
Once the flavor is good add the ramen, push the ramen down and let it cook for about 4 mins or until softened. That is when it's finished
The end product will be a beautiful ramen, it is better served warm than hot to get a delicious taste. Remember to leave it on the stove with no fire on to let the flavour mix together. This is how you make a beautiful ramen. Enjoy!
Fried Eggs
Eggs can be used for breakfast, a snack or dinner. Eggs can be boiled, fried or scrambled. Today we're looking at fried eggs.
To fry an egg you need:
*a pan *oil or butter *a bowl
*a fork or a whisk *eggs * salt
*onions *black pepper *tomatoes.
To fry an egg, the first step is to crack the numbers of eggs you want in a bowl. Then you put in the chipped onions, black pepper, tomatoes and salt. Mix everything together using a fork or a whisk, until you get a fluffy mixture. You then put the frying pan on the stove and pour oil in the pan. Wait for the oil to get hot then pour the mixture into the pan . Cook on one side until cooked and then flip it to the other side, let it cook, then move to a plate.
My mom likes to have fried eggs with toast and tea for breakfast. Having a tasty healthy meal in the morning before work and school, gives you energy and also protein to start the day. I enjoy frying eggs for my mom.
