3. Arteries carry oxygen-rich blood from the heart to the body's tissues.

4. Veins carry blood containing carbon dioxide back to the heart.

5. Blood circulates constantly thanks to the heartbeat.

RESPIRATORY UNIT 

1. The respiratory system allows the exchange of oxygen and carbon dioxide between the body and the environment.

2. The nose and mouth are the main routes of entry of air into the respiratory system.

3. The trachea carries air to the lungs.

4. The bronchi branch within the lungs and carry air to the alveoli.

5. The diaphragm is a muscle that contracts and relaxes to allow breathing.

NEUROLOGICAL UNIT 

1. The neurological system controls and coordinates all body functions.

2. The brain is the main organ of the central nervous system.

3. The spinal cord transmits signals between the brain and the rest of the body.

4. Peripheral nerves allow communication between the central nervous system and the muscles, organs, and skin.

5. Sleeping well is essential for the proper functioning of the neurological system
