This book is dedicated to an international eTwinning project that is called "The Eco-Nerds". The aim of the project is based on creating an awareness of the environment for better world.

On a warm summer day, the breeze from the sea carried the calming sound of waves. Emily, Isabella, and James woke up early, ready for their camping adventure. After a quick breakfast, they packed their bags. James, eager and excited, raced to meet his friends.

They rode their bikes to a forest by the beach and set up camp. Emily splashed her feet in the water, Isabella searched for seashells, and James explored the grassy fields.

Suddenly, James spotted a strange stone with English writing on it. He grabbed it and ran back. Emily and Isabella stared at it in amazement. It looked like a secret message. Carefully, they opened the bottle—and discovered something hidden inside.

James: Look at this note! It is

written something inside.

Isabella: Let's read it then!

James is reading the note:

"To whoever find this, I am writing from the year 2030. Our world is suffering from climate change and pollution...please act!"

The next day, James, Isabella and Emily informed their friends about the note in the bottle. All together, they decided to plan various actions to heal the Earth.

After a lot of effort to come up with some ideas, they still had not thought of anything, and they were starting to feel really disappointed and forlorn. They were only kids after all! But then Emily remembered something her grandfather had told her in the past:

She repeated that phrase to her friends and they were all motivated by it. Then one of James's friend, Jack ( who was in an environmental group ), came up with a good idea:

"I know! How about finding a news reporter and hold up some "save the planet" posters behind the camera so the whole world will see them!

"Even the least things, the least bit of help,
can cause big changes."

Isabella replied: " That is a great idea Jack! I have another idea as well, how about going to clean our local beaches every Saturday, so that people see it clean, and not want to litter it!"

"Amazing!" said Emily.

"Also," said one of Isabella's friends, "I could talk to my Dad, who is the manager of a nearby factory, and ask him if there is any way to subtract some of the big fumes that they produce!

James said: "These are all great ideas, we could start executing them tomorrow, if everyone is free.
