One bright morning, Ava's parents received a call from Dr. Heartwell. "We've found a perfect heart for Ava!" he exclaimed. Ava felt a mix of excitement and nervousness. She packed her favorite stuffed animal, Mr. Cuddles, and headed to the hospital, ready for her big adventure.
