ICS "P. Carmine" di Cannobio
We really liked the For a Green world project because it allowed us to virtually meet children from other countries and to learn about new countries and cultures.
We observed nature, did experiments, made posters and drawings; we sowed lentils, built
games. We understood that water is very
important, it is precious and should not be
wasted. We realized that trees give us the oxygen we need to live and that the Earth should not be polluted.
It was a challenging project, but very beautiful.

OUR EXPERIENCE WITH ETWINNING
The world is so big, but by participating in the project "For a green world", we had the feeling of being close.
We met other children who, in different ways, had the same experiences as us. They discussed the same topics.
It felt like we belonged to a larger family. It was exciting to see each other on video calls, playing with Wordwall, knowing that, at the same time, other children were doing it, too.
We also really enjoyed writing a postcard for our virtual classmates: it's a new way of communicating for us, given that cell phones are used so much now.
It was a really nice experience!
I don't throw trash away anymore! There’s a recycling bin. The Earth gets happy, and I get happy too. Thank youuu! I’m so happy we joined this project! (Edizalp)

When I turn off the tap, I help the Earth. I felt like the water drop told me “thank you!” Thanks for letting us join this lovely project! (Gamzenur)

The Earth is trusted to us. That’s what I learned. I’ll take care of the trees, water, and birds. Thank you for this beautiful day! I’m so glad we were part of the project! (Mehmet)
