In a dark, industrial city, the stickmen lived as slaves under the control of the evil genius Dr. Micanico. 

His robots patrolled every street, making sure no one dared to escape.

But among the stickmen was one who refused to give up hope. His name was Stickster. Clever and quick-thinking, Stickster dreamed of freedom. His best friend, Sparki, wasn’t as sharp, but he had a big heart.

One night, Sparky dozed off and dreamed of a free land, a place where no one needed ration stamps for food, where voices could be loud and laughter filled the air. 

For most, it was only a dream. But for Stickster, it felt like destiny.

“We have to leave this place,” Stickster whispered.

At lunch the next day, he spotted a weak point in the city wall. His mind raced with ideas. He gathered the other stickmen and explained:

“We’ll collect supplies , sand, spoons, anything we can find. The spoons will become shovels, the sand will help us make dynamite. The dynamite will distract the robots while we dig our way to freedom.”

The stickmen nodded. For the first time in years, they had hope.

Deep in his laboratory, Dr. Micanico was building something new. “The world will never forget my latest invention!” he declared.

It was the Popo 2000 , a massive robot stronger than any before.

The very next day, the Popo 2000 smashed through the city wall. Stickster’s eyes lit up.
“This is our chance!” he shouted.

The stickmen sprinted toward the docks. “It feels like I have fifty pounds on my shoulders,” Stickster gasped, but he pressed on.

The boat glided quietly across the water. All was still, until a sudden “Meow!”

A cat had stowed away on the boat!

Before they could laugh, the Popo 2000 appeared again, racing along the shoreline.

“There’s only one chance,” Stickster said. He pressed the Turbo Mode button.

“Three… two… one… GO!”
