Here I am using my watch as technology to track my afternoon walk around my neighborhood. Watches are a great resource for exercising.

Love/Hate relationship with the stair master

Here I am at the gym using the stairmaster, which is a form of technology. It tracks my calories, heart rate, and the number of stairs I have climbed.

Healthy Meal Prepping 

Here I am meal prepping lunch and dinner for the week. I am using STEM by measuring out all the ingredients, which is math. I am also using science by cooking food and applying heat to my ingredients.

Atlanta Aquarium

Over the summer, I visited the Atlanta Aquarium, where I learned about various animals and observed their environments. I also got to touch a stingray and learned about them.

Brain Fog Shot 

Here I am at work with my co-worker, using STEM by experimenting with different ingredients to make a "brain fog shot". This was using science because we had to first predict what to use, then carry out the experiment to prevent the ingredients from mixing together.

Horseback Riding (for longer than expected)

Here I am in Mexico with my sister and my cousin. We went horse riding, and we planned out the trail, and so we used math to estimate that it would take us 5 hours to complete. We ended up taking 7 hours because my sister's horse did not want to walk very fast.

Technology In The Air

Here I am on an airplane going to the beach in Mexico. I did not take a picture, but on this plane I was using the touch screen on the back of the seats to see where we were, how high up in the air we were, and the estimated time of arrival.

Protein Goals

Here I am working a shift and had a snack break. I used math to add together how much protein I am intaking with these 2. The shake had 30g, and the pastry had 20, so I got 50g of protein.
