It was a quiet afternoon when a boy named Leo went running into a forest near his village. He wasn’t looking for adventure—only for a place to clear his mind. As he ran deeper into the woods, something unusual caught his eye: a mysterious machine, half-buried under moss and vines.
The machine looked ancient, like nothing he had ever seen before. Out of curiosity, Leo reached out and touched the surface of the machine. Suddenly, it came to life, glowing with bright blue light. Before he could react, a portal opened beneath him—and in an instant, he was gone.
Leo landed hard on grass, but everything around him had changed. The trees looked taller, the sky a deeper shade of blue. In the distance, he saw a village, but it looked like something out of a medieval storybook.
People wore cloaks and armor. Horses pulled wooden carts. At the village gates stood two knights, guarding with swords drawn. Fear overtook Leo—he didn’t belong here.
He quickly ducked behind a haystack, trying to understand what had happened.
Leo stayed hidden for hours, watching life in this strange world. He overheard people talking about “the king,” “the war,” and something they called “the curse of the crown.”
Afraid he might be captured as a spy or outsider, he slipped away into the forest once more. He needed answers—a way back home, or at least someone who could help.
As night fell, Leo found shelter under a large oak tree, where he made a small fire and tried to rest.
The next morning, while exploring a path deep in the woods, Leo stumbled upon a clearing he hadn’t seen before. In the middle stood a large stone, and stuck into it—a sword.
It reminded him of the legend of King Arthur, though this seemed too real to be just a story. Laughing nervously, he grabbed the hilt and tugged.
To his shock, the sword slid out easily. A blinding light shot into the sky, and the forest went silent.
As Leo stared at the weapon, he noticed something incredible: a face appeared on the blade.
“I am Solarius,” the sword spoke, “and you are the chosen one.”
Leo nearly dropped it.
“You have been summoned to free this kingdom from the dark rule of its false king. Only you can bring balance.”
Leo was speechless. He wasn’t a warrior. He wasn’t even brave. But Solarius glowed warmly in his hand, as if reassuring him that this was destiny.
