GOING BACK TO THE PAST…
From the 1800s, before the rule of the dictator of France, Napoleon Bonaparte, there was a man named Marcus Jean. He was in a world full of hustle and bustle. He appeared in the vintage brick roads of old Paris' Avenue Gustave Eiffel, underneath the Tour d'Eiffel with his beloved, hospitable parents, Marie Journie-Jean, and Mark Jean, both the mother and father.
In fact, they were so impoverished and homeless that they had to sell food on the ancient brick roads every day within the busy streets of Paris to collect a handful of cash. That was when Marcus was only 7 years old, however.
Oh, he had a difficult time with his education, as the tuition prices were quite extravagant. His parents sacrificed their income from their minuscule business just to make him study intelligently and graduate from his school, to wander around in his independent life, and to search for job opportunities.
Additionally, his family wanted him to take up law in order to become like his cousin, Jared Jean-Journeé, who became one in Algeria; otherwise, Marcus would have chosen to become a detective instead, since it was his dream job. Neither had he chosen to take up law nor criminal justice. What a shame!
But why?..
Nevertheless, Marcus was still alive regardless of his and his parents being poor financially. It came to pass that he had a part-time job at the boulangerie (bakery in French) as a baker of scrumptious croissants. It was owned by a wealthy owner, Justice de Reine. Mr. Reine was impressed by Marcus Jean's hard work, as he had a good knowledge of baking pastries. A talent of his that runs through his parents' legacy when it comes to cooking or baking.
Now, you might be wondering how petite Marcus Jean got a job at the bakery?
Mr. Reine, seeing the talent of the young boy on the streets of Tour Eiffel as he sells food with his penurious parents, offered him a job because of how industrious he was. His father and mother could've been the ones to work, but they encouraged their son to lift up their spirits by working hard to earn a decent amount of cash and to represent them to the whole world. Because of how delighted Mr. Reine was, he was awarded the employee of the year.
Growing up in his early adulthood, he continued to bake in the boulangerie, which he managed to earn enough money to stabilize his parents' debts of poverty. He also bought a modern-looking house for the three of them to reside in. He was crossing the bridge to success; yet, he could feel that he was getting closer and closer to it, but suddenly, something unexpected happened.
Unfortunately, Mr. Reine's boulangerie was on the verge of bankruptcy, but how did it happen? It just occurred all of a sudden as a random robber invaded the small-scale business at night, and because of that, all hope was lost for Marcus Jean, who had to abandon his only job.
