Active data:

Information you intentionally share online, such as posts, emails, comments, and photos.

Passive data:

Information collected about you without your direct action, including your IP address, location, device information, and browsing history, which can be gathered through cookies and other tracking technologies.

Digital Society Netizen

Digital society requires "netiquette," or online etiquette, which includes respectful communication, respecting privacy, and behaving ethically. . These rules help maintain a safe and positive online environment for everyone, or "netizens".

General netiquette

Remember the human: Treat others online with the same respect and courtesy you would in person.

Be ethical: Avoid plagiarism, copyright violations, and spreading false information.

Respect privacy: Do not share personal information, photos, or private messages without permission.

Respect time and bandwidth: Be concise in communications and avoid spamming.

Communication etiquette

Social media etiquette

Think before you post: Consider the long-term implications of what you share.
