Piana and her brother laid nicely in their beds, but couldn't fall asleep they could hear their parents having a serious conversation on the other side of the door. Piana couldn't take it anymore, neither could Loto so they decided to eaves drop on their conversation to see what was so important.
"Get out of the way!" Piana hissed as she fought for a better side of the hall to peek from.
"I was here first!" Loto shot back as tried his best to secure a good spot.
"Ugh, they're going to hear us-"
"Time for bed, kids." Their father spoke, scaring both of them out of their feet.
"Daddy, what are you guys talking about?" Piana said as her dad guided her and her brother back to their bedroom.
"Don't worry about it sweetie." Yisto tucked in his children, and closed the door.
"Why doesn't he want to tell us, Loto?" Piana crossed her arms as she laid flat on her back.
"Hmm, well, when you weren't talking I heard them saying something about mom." Loto put his hand to his chin, then brushed his dark blue wavy bangs out of his purple face, "I don't know what about mom though!" Loto fell into his pillow and grumbled. "Because you kept talking!"
"Was not!"
"Was too!"
"Ugh, whatever. Hopefully it wasn't anything bad about mom." Piana turned to her side, as she twirled her orange and yellow hair. "Because mommy is amazing!"
"Yeah!" Loto turned to his other side, and now both the siblings were facing opposite each other. "Good night, Piana."
"Good night, Loto."
***
"No! Stop!!!" Yisto yelled as he tried to stop the cops from taking his wife.
"She is a danger to the Magimentals... an anomaly! It is only best we lock her up!" One of the cops barked.
"No! Please, just because she's more powerful, doesn't mean she's going to hurt us! She's my angel!" Yisto fought back even harder.
Piana and Loto ran to the commotion to see what was going on.
"Daddy?" Piana looked around, then saw her mother getting cuffed. "MOMMY!!!" Piana charged to her mother.
"MOMMY!" Loto ran to his mother, but the Power cops blocked his path. "Let me go!!!"
"Too dangerous, kid." The cop simply replied.
Piana snuck past the cops while they were busy with Loto, then took her mother's hand. "Mommy! Why are they hand cuffing you?" Piana looked urgently around her mother.
"They think I'm dangerous since I am more powerful than normal Magimentals... I am impossible in their eyes. There's never been a Power that has Air powers, and Fire powers..." Miangel explained to her daughter as she cupped her cheek.
"No... Mommy, please tell them you're nice! You're the best mom ever!!!" Piana sobbed.
"I tried Piana...." Miangel struggled against the cops' force.
"No!!!!" Loto screamed.
"Kids... I will be back.... in one form, or another." Miangel suddenly disappeared.
The Power cops were surprised by this response then started looking around. "Where did she go?!"
"Keep searching!"
And that's what the Power cops did. Yisto couldn't believe what had happened, nor could his children, they were heart broken, but remembered what Miangel said, 'I will be back in one form or another', so the family always kept a good eye out for their mother, but as time went on Piana started to lose hope.
***
Piana and her family were about to get ready for 'Disappearance Day', the day when their mother disappeared and they would make very bright lights and signalling to remind her to come back. It has been five years since Miangel was home, and her family missed her dearly. She was truly one of a kind, it was hard for them to live without her, especially Yisto, he's know her for most of his life, and the kids have known her all their life. It was really hard to keep going, but they had to remember that Miangel would be back, Piana struggled to believe that anymore.
Piana was brushing her teeth when her brother called him. She reluctantly walked down the stairs with her pajama night gown still on and her toothbrush in her mouth. "What?"
"We need to starting putting up the streamers, when you're ready of course." Loto gestured to a box full of decorations and lights.
"The fact we're still doing this is worthless and depressing. Let's just face it. Mom is either too scared to come back, or she just hates us." Piana crossed her arms, and rolled her eyes.
"Piana, how could you say that? Mom said she would come back in one form or another!" Loto put his hands on his hips, disappointed with Piana's behaviour.
"What? Is she those lights or something? Wouldn't she at least give us a sign? Plus, why would she wait five years to see her family again? Is she not thinking about us? Is she that selfish!"
"Who knows what happened, Piana? She could be in danger for all we know!"
"Keep making excuses, let's just face it. She's not here, and will never be!" Piana stormed back up the stairs, and slammed the bathroom door behind her.
Loto sighed, upset that Piana lost hope, it was almost making Loto himself lose hope, but he remembered what she said, and had to keep believing. Loto picked up a streamer, then heard a door opening. He quickly lifted his head to see it was his father, and he was holding a box full of lights.
"Got the lights! This time, we'll make it even brighter!" Yisto gently placed the heavy box on the ground, then proudly put his hands on his hips as he nodded encouragingly.
"Good idea, dad." Loto said, still feeling a bit down.
"Hey, we can do this, alright? Mom just needs a but more light... a bit more reminders!"
Loto nodded, but deep down felt a bit hopeless.
"I don't get it!" Piana said as she stuffed her pajamas in her drawer. "Why do they think she's coming back? It's not like she even gave a sign!" Piana slammed her drawer, and as she did the drawer didn't close all the way due to closing it too hard. "Stupid drawer!" Piana slammed the drawer again, then sighed in defeat as it didn't close all the way. "Why are you doing this to me mom?" Piana looked out her window, doubtful. "What did I do wrong?" Piana teared up a bit, but when she got no response she grew angry. "Why can't they just see that you're not coming back!?" Piana balled her fists. "I'll show them... I'll look for mom, and once I don't find her, they'll see that she never cared... she never was coming back!" Piana grabbed her backpack then started to pack up. She brought extra clothes, and socks. She ran down the stairs and stuffed food from the fridge into her bag, she was happy to see her brother was outside in the yard with her dad. Piana grabbed a piece of paper from the kitchen drawer next to the fridge and pencil and wrote: 'Looking for mom. I'll be back, you'll see... she left us!' Piana left the note on the kitchen table, then stormed to the front door with her bag on her back and charged for the forests.
Loto was almost finished with the streamers when his dad called him, and he sounded worried. It had been three hours since they've seen Piana, and Loto hearing his father call him in a worry made things even worse. Loto ran inside the house outside of the backyard to see what his dad had to say. "Yes, dad?"
"Have you seen Piana? I checked her room, she's not there!!!" Yisto said while scratching his head nervously.
"Hmm, did you check mine?"
"Yes! She's not in this house, Loto."
Loto's eyes widened in fear, if Piana isn't home, where could she be? maybe she needed a break... Loto thought, "Maybe she went for a walk! We can ask Power's if they've seen her." Loto nodded his head, as if he knew where she was.
"Well, alright. You coming?" Yisto headed for the front door, and grabbed his satchel that hang on a peg behind the door.
"Of course I am!" Loto put on a hoodie, then opened the front door and charged out, his father behind him.
Piana crept along the forest floors, she nearly jumped at every little sound she heard, but always played a brave face after freaking out. Piana was sure she was getting somewhere, a strong feeling in her heart told her to head to the Mysterious Mountains, they are known to be mysterious, but sometimes they were too mysterious that they'd even disappear! So, headed to a mountain that might not even be there wasn't so smart, but Piana was sure she was going the right way, and who knows? Maybe her mom really did just leave and forget, she could finally prove it to her family. Piana was faced with a giant lake, it'd take to long to get around, but much faster to go across. Piana wished she'd learn how to fly with her pink angel wings. They are only taught how do so when thirteen years old, and Piana hated that. "Who needs some lessons? I can fly on my own!" Piana crossed her arms to nobody, then started flapping her wings, she was able to get off the ground for a bit, but then fell. "Ouch! Ugh, well, let's keep going..." Piana tried and tried, and never succeeded. Piana couldn't have been more angry in her life. Piana decided she'd just go around, she wasted enough time trying to fly anyway.
Piana had no idea how long it's been since she left home, she's been treaded the woods for hours, and didn't bring a watch, Piana then realized how many things she should have brought. She brought food and clothes, but she didn't get water or a map! She might just get lost, and Piana had no idea how to teleport... Piana brushed off the feeling and decided she'd find her way back easily, even though that couldn't be farther from the truth. Piana was growing tired, so she decided to sit down next to a tree, and rest her legs. "Who knows how far I've gone... once my family sees that I did all of this, and mom still isn't here, they're going to know for sure that she's gone!" Piana went digging into her backpack, and grabbed a snack, she was disappointed to see she didn't bring many, then wondered why. She ate her snack bar, then decided to start hiking again, but then she heard something, something that sounded alive... "Huh?" Piana slowly stood up, looked left and right. She saw... she saw.....
"OUCH!" the Water grunted as he struggled through the bush, getting his flat black hair all twisted up, and his black shirt that said in white words 'black' a little ripped, and his brown shorts all dirty. "Jumper!!! You made me do- AHHH!" the Water jumped, scared out of his shoes once he saw Piana.
"AHH!" Piana jumped back in fear and fell to the floor.
"Wha- who-" the Water started, confused with Piana's presence.
"I'm uh... what are you doing here?" Piana asked, confused as to why a random Magimental was in the middle of nowhere.
"I live here." the Water gestured to his home right behind the bushes, a lovely brick cabin. Wet clothes hang outside, and a picnic bench beside them. A pile of toys not to far from the bench, and a giant dark forest behind the home.
Piana was stunned, Waters normally stayed in water, but I guess there were Cabin Waters too. "Oh, uh... cool! I'm... uh, gonna get going!" Piana started to leave.
"Wait- where's your parents? Do you know where you're going?" the Water stopped Piana by grabbing her arm.
Piana looked into the Water's yellow eyes, comforted by his concern, then brushed it off. "Yes. I do-" Piana's stomach rumbled, and that's when she realized she hadn't eaten breakfast.
"You have food?" the Water asked, looking to see if Piana had anything on her.
That's when Piana herself realized she no longer had her bag. "My backpack! Where is it?" Piana looked around the area and was disappointed to find it nowhere. "It disappeared!!!" Piana moaned in disappointment.
"I have some food! If you're hungry..." the Water shuffled nervously, "I didn't even introduce myself! I'm Wistful, and you?"
"I'm Piana.... thanks for the offer! I... like your shirt!" Piana smiled as she took another look at Wisful's shirt, she loved how contradictory it was.
"Oh, thanks. Reminds me of life as whole." Wistful nodded wisely.
"What?"
"Come with me! You can sit here," Wistful took Piana's hand and led her to the picnic bench, and sat her down. "Be right back!" Wistful ran inside of the cabin, then disappeared.
Piana waited patiently for Wistful's reappearance, but was greeted with shrieking. "Huh, is someone there?" Piana looked both ways, then someone pounced onto her from behind!
"Got you!" the young Water yelled, then started tickling Piana.
"Hey! Hahaha!!! Stop it!!!" Piana laughed, struggling through the young Waters tickles.
"The tickle monster wins!!!" the Water tickled Piana harder.
"Stop! Stop!!!" Piana laughed uncontrollably.
Wistful came back with a sandwich in his hand, and wore an angry face when he saw what his brother was doing, "JUMPER! STOP!" Wistful almost dropped the peanut butter and jelly sandwich when he saw Jumper tickling Piana.
Jumper immediately got off of Piana. "Oops, hehe!"
"Sorry about him! Uh, that's my little brother, Jumper, he really likes to play!" Wistful scratched his head nervously, then passed the sandwich to Piana.
"I can tell.... no more tickle monster, okay Jumper? I couldn't breathe!" Piana sat back on the bench and took a bite into her sandwich.
"Sorry girl!" Jumper picked up his toy airplanes then started playing with them making car sounds.
"So, um. What are you doing out here again?" Wistful asked, and sat next to Piana.
"I'm just looking for something!" Piana distracted herself with her sandwich as she absentmindedly answered Wistful's question.
"By yourself?" Wistful looked around to see if he would find anyone else, but didn't. "Why? It's dangerous to be out here alone!"
"Yeah, well, uh, they trusted me to... to do it!" Piana lied, then finished her sandwich and stood up, and faced Wistful, "Now, I must get back to it!" Piana started to walk away when Wistful grabbed her wrist.
"Wait- do you at least have a map? And it looks like you didn't bring anything with you!" Wistful stopped Piana, then examined her to see if he would find a backpack, but he didn't.
"I um.... uhh...." Piana was never the best at lying, but she needed a good one to make Wistful believe what she was saying, "It's over there somewhere.... don't worry about me!"
But when Piana said this, Wistful grew more worried. "So... you have a map? You sure you aren't lost?"
"Never been surer of anything in my life!" Piana ran back into the forest, in hopes that Wistful wouldn't follow her. Piana turned her back to see if she would find Wistful behind her but was relieved to see otherwise. "Alright... let's keep going... but where?" Piana looked around, then officially decided she was lost. Piana was normally in denial when she realized that she made a mistake, so she decided that she'd keep going straight, even if it meant she'd end up going back to Wistful's cabin.
Piana walked and walked, and tripped some, then she noticed it was getting darker outside, Piana was worried of this... if she was in the middle of the forest in the middle of the night, who knows what dangerous creatures would come out of hiding? Piana looked around, kind of hoping another random Magimental would pop out of nowhere, but no luck... "Hmm.... I'm sure the way home is over here...?" Piana pointed her left finger to a path that seemed darker than the one she was currently on. Piana shook her head, "Maybe I am just lost... what was I ever thinking?" Piana sat on the forest floor, and hugged her knees, then buried her face in them, when suddenly, she heard a rustling. Piana immediately stood up and looked around, she grabbed a small rock to defend herself, "I-I'm not afraid of you!!!"
The rustling continued, until... "Piana... you don't know where you're going, do you?" Wistful narrowed his bright yellow eyes, as he examined Piana.
"DID YOU SERIOUSLY FOLLOW ME?" Piana shouted, then crossed her arms.
"Well... I noticed you were going into forbidden territory! I started to think you were a bad guy or something..."
"I- I am? Wait- how forbidden?" Piana looked around worriedly.
"Um, you have no idea where you are going, you really don't. Why? Why are you leaving, Piana?" Wistful asked wistfully.
Piana looked to the floor, then finally realized how much Wistful cared for her, a stranger in his eyes, why did he care so much? He followed her all the way into the dangerous depths of a dangerous forest, to see if she would be safe, Piana wondered why. "Why do you care so much about me? Am I not just a stranger?"
"You think I'd let a 12-year-old go walking around dangerously in a forbidden forest? Then you are wrong." Wistful crossed his arms, "Where are you going?"
Piana hesitated, then decided she'd share some information with someone that she has been keeping to herself for the past hour, "I am looking for my mom. She left 5 years ago... she said she would come back. She left because the cops wanted to arrest her because... she was... different."
Wistful put his hand to his chin, "Oh..." Wistful then wore a sorry look. "I am sorry, Piana... but... are you sure you'll find her alone?"
Piana frowned, "Who do you take me for? Some psycho who doesn't know what she's doing? Or going? Because if so.... you're right... I don't even have my map, I lost my backpack, and everything in it! I'm lost!!!" Piana collapsed to the floor, then started to sob.
"Hey, don't worry! I- uh, I have a map! And maybe, I can take you back home!"
"I'm not going home!!! I... I have to find her, Wistful... I know I never believed she'd actually come back, but something in my heart tells me she's out there... and wants to come back home..." Piana admitted, although she didn't want to believe it, she knew that there had to be more to the story.
***
Loto and his dad walked a while through the streets asking Magimentals if they've seen Piana, and the luck was very slim. Loto started to grow worried, but Yisto reassured him that they haven't asked many Powers yet, so they continued their quest.
Loto noticed that some of Miangel's close friends would also remember her disapperance, in hopes she'd come back, Loto never noticed, he never thought other Magimentals cared as much, this gave Loto an idea, but he had to focus on the matter at hand. "I'm going to ask the store over there if they've seen Piana." Loto pointed to a shoe store, not too far away from their current location.
"Go ahead son, be careful." Yisto nodded, then turned to the group of Magimentals in front of him.
Loto proceeded to the shoe store, then peeked inside, it was mostly empty, had maybe ten or more Magimentals inside. Loto walked up to the cashier, "Hey, uh I have a question, if you don't mind."
The cashier looked up from his calculator, and looked at Loto, "Yeah, what's up?"
"Have you seen a Power, with orchid skin, and yellow and orange hair, and different color eyes the same color as her hair?" Loto asked hopefully, but at the same time, expected to get the same answer as before.
"Hm, well, I guess kinda..." The cashier did his best to recall his memory.
"Wait- really?" Loto leaned in close.
"Yes... she had a backpack, definitely had different colored eyes, it was too noticeable... she also had yellow and orange hair... she was...." The cashier pressed his eyebrows had together while Loto waited in anticipation, "Ah, yes! She was heading to the forest right over there!" the cashier pointed forward.
"Wow, uh, thank you!" Loto shook the cashier's violet hand, then rushed out of the shoe store, excited to tell his dad the news!
Yisto was in the middle of a conversation with three Powers when Loto rushed up to him with excitement spread all over his face. "Hey, guess what? The cashier at the shoe store said he's seen Piana! He said she went to the forest over there!" Loto pointed to the nearest forest.
"That's amazing news! Sorry, guys," Yisto turned back to his group, "I gotta get going... my daughter might be in danger..." Yisto scratched his head.
"Well, then hurry on, you!" One of the powers with magenta skin, and pretty pink curly hair that matched her eyes, hit Yisto's shoulder, and she shuffled around in her pink and white dress.
"Um, yeah, bye." Yisto rushed to the nearby forest, with Loto behind him.
Piana decided she'd let Wistful help her a little bit, I mean he had a map and supplies, she couldn't really say no anyways. Piana was not resourceful at all, but once she got far enough, she'd let Wistful go. Piana was surprised when Wistful wanted to help her find her mom, even if it meant he doesn't tell his parents where he was going. Piana still thought it strange that Wistful cared so much, did he have a backstory of his own? Piana continued to tread through the forest with Wistful in front of her, he wanted to keep her safe. "Wistful, I have a question."
"Yes, Piana?" Wistful only slightly moved his head to find Piana's eyes, then faced immediately back to the forest trees.
"Why... do you care so badly... about me?"
"I already told you, Piana! If I can help, I will." Wistful brushed her off.
"Even to this extent? I'm literally going to go searching in the forest for my mom who could be dead, and you still want to help me?" Piana stopped in her tracks to face Wistful as he mirrored her movement.
"I just.... care, alright" Wistful continued to tread.
That's when Piana knew Wistful was hiding something from her.
***
It grew darker and darker as the sun started to set, the two Magimentals decided to take a break. Near a cave Wistful located, they laid down their supplies, then went looking for some wood. Wistful said it would keep them nice and warm. Piana found some wood easily, which made their mission very easy as well.
Piana finished setting up her bed just as soon as Wistful finished setting up the fire. Piana was impressed with Wistful's wild survival skills and wondered where he had learned it. "When did you learn to be so good at... wild stuff?" Piana shrugged.
"Funny! My dad taught me." Wistful wistfully said as he put his hands close to the fire.
"Oh, cool! He taught you very well!" Piana smiled.
"Yeah..." Wistful drifted off.
Piana suddenly had the urge to ask a serious question when Wistful cut her off.
"We should sleep soon! The less rest, the less energy we'll have to find your mom. Plus, we don't want to stay awake too late and lure any... creatures here, do we?"
"Course not, sir!" Piana saluted, then went under covers, just as Wistful dimmed the fire a bit. Piana closed her eyes, then saw a glow as she peeked hers to take a look at Wistful and couldn't believe what she saw. Wistful was glowing, and that's when Piana realized she was too. "What? Wistful, we're glowing!!!" Piana said in amazement.
"Huh? Oh, yeah. That's normal, when it gets really dark, we glow. Usually at nighttime by default." Wistful said with his eyes half opened.
"How did I never know this?!" Piana put her arms on her hips.
"Don't make it a big deal, I'm sleepy..." Wistful yawned then closed his eyes back.
Piana lightly smiled then she tucked herself under her cozy covers.
***
"Wake up, wake up! There's a fire!" Wistful shook Piana awake, with fear in his eyes, and smoke all around the area.
Piana immediately sat up, looked left and right, then right outside the cave entrance and saw the fire. Piana gasped in horror, then slowly got out of her bed, then Piana turned to Wistful, realizing how stupid he was. "Uh, you're a Water Magimental?"
Wistful shook his head, "I tried... but I... I never learned how..."
"JUST PEE THEN! I DON'T WANNA DIE SO YOUNG!" Piana blared.
Wistful was shocked with this reaction, but realized Piana was right, but it wouldn't be enough. "That- that won't be enough!!!"
"Vomit or something, I don't know!" Piana covered her face, in worry, she was clueless, and she'd seen this kind of trouble when her mother was taken away, she could only think she was the next one.
Wistful could tell Piana had no idea what to do, Wistful was her only hope, he had to learn to conjure water, or they would all die. Wistful nodded lightly, then turned to the cave entrance. He opened his hands facing them at the fire 5 feet away from them, then he closed his eyes, and imagined water as hard as he can. He took a breath in, and then out. Wistful put all his concentration and thought on creating water, when suddenly, it happened.
Piana's eyes lit up as she watched water pour from Wistful's hands. She couldn't believe what she was seeing.
Wistful continued to create more and more water, the fire started to die down, once it was all the way gone, Wistful opened his eyes, to see the water start to die down and get smaller. Wistful smiled at his hands, then turned to the forest full of smoke. "Piana. I did it!" Wistful turned to Piana.
Piana hugged Wistful so tightly, Piana never expected things to go so well, she could only ever think it was over, like for her mom... "Thank you so much!" Piana teared up a bit.
"Hey, we're cool. D-don't cry." Wistful rubbed Piana's hair as she hugged him tightly.
"I-I was crying? No, no I wasn't!" Piana wiped her tears and pulled away from Wistful. "You saved me." she lightly smiled.
"You just thought I was gonna let us die? Clearly you don't know who I am then!" Wistful stood tall with pride.
Piana giggled, then looked at the forest, it looked like someone was there. "Wistful, look!" Piana pointed to the trees.
Wistful turned to see, then his jaw dropped. "No way... That's a Fire Magimental... what if they started the fire?"
"Let's check!" Piana ran into the forest headfirst to the Fire Magimental, that wasn't to far from them.
The two slowly treaded towards the Fire, with curiosity, and fear. The two stayed close to each other, in worries of the danger ahead
Wistful was the first to speak, "Hello? Who are you?"
The Fire Magimental slowly turned around to look at it's company, the Fire wore a short black dress and black boots. She had ember hair, and her fire tail was almost has bright as the sun! The Fire almost seemed emo, and young. "What's up?"
"D- did you start a fire?" Wistful said nervously, the Fire's height and confidence made Wistful nervous of who they might've started talking to.
"Um, yeah, sorry kids. Was just having fun. Uh, what are you two doing here in a dangerous forest all alone?" The Fire rose her eyebrow.
"We were just... looking for something. Why are you starting fire's in the forest for fun? That's really dangerous!" Wistful frowned, disappointed with the Fire's behaviour.
"Chill, kiddies. No one got hurt." The Fire rolled her eyes, put her hands on her hips, then chuckled.
"WHAT? ARE YOU SERIOUS? You're so immature..." Piana finally spoke, but then immediately regretted yelling.
"What's your name's?" The Fire asked.
"I'm Wistful, and this is Piana. And you?" Wistful titled his head.
"I'm Fana. Are y'all sure you ain't lost?"
"Yeah, we- we know what we're doing!" Wistful did his best to stand tall, and be confident in his words, but failed miserably.
"Heh, yeah, sure kids. If you want, you can come with me!" Fana gestured for the kids to follow her, she could tell they were lost and had no idea what they were doing.
"Where are you going?" Wistful asked, wanting to follow Fana out of the dangerous forest.
"Eh, some place in Planet. It's much safer than here though, that's the truth." Fana looked at her surroundings sceptically.
"Sounds good! Would you be stopping by Power Place by any chance?" Wistful started, but Piana pulled him aside.
"Heh, one second!" Piana pulled Wistful closer to her and farther from Fana, "What are you doing?"
"Let's face it Piana, we should have at least came to this unknown dangerous forest prepared! We almost died! We should leave..." Wistful looked at Piana, nervously.
"But... I thought you wanted to help me!" Piana looked down sadly.
"I do.... but not in these conditions!"
"What are y'all conspiring about?" Fana asked, looking her nails.
"Nothing... we're coming with you!" Wistful walked towards Fana confidently.
"I'm not!" Piana stepped farther from the two.
Wistful gave Piana an angry confused look, "Piana, wha-"
"It's fine, she can stay here to rot." Fana shrugged.
"That's dark, and mean." Wistful frowned.
"Get used to it, kid." Fana started walking away, "Come on!"
Wistful started to follow Fana, "Come on, please Piana! This would just be a suicide mission without the proper gear! It's not like I'm giving up entirely!"
Piana frowned. "We came so far."
"For nothing, get your butt over here kid." Fana crossed her arms and rolled her eyes.
"Ugh, fine whatever... Meanie..." Piana lazily followed the two, but lagged behind.
Wistful was relieved Piana changed her mind.
