Chapter 1

“While I was at the pickle camp, I found out about the new villain. His name is Meep. Meep is a yellow bird.” Said Wayne. “Why are-” Said Joe. “Just kidding. His name is apple snake. You could die just by looking at him. He is the most deadly animal in the world. And his partner is Meep. So I wasn’t lying about Meep.” Said Wayne. “I regret joining this team.” Said Terris. “Too bad. If you left, we’d be nothing.” Said Joe. Terris went into his room. He had a very dark secret. 

Chapter 2

“Argha!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish you didn’t exist, you evil shadow!!!!!!!!!!!!!” Said Terris. “Remember, Terris. I won’t leave you alone until you free me. Find all the great gems, and then use them to free me so I can kill Joe Bards. If you refuse, you DIE. Am I clear?”  Said Terris’s shadow, who was, unfortunately, Hiwo. Hiwo became Terris’s shadow because Hiwo was about to kill Liser, but accidentally hit Terris. Luckily, it didn’t kill Terris. But Hiwo became his shadow. Terris went to tell the others, but Hiwo pulled him back. Still, Terris pushed on and, fortunately, he escaped.

“Guys! My shadow is- Okay, don’t freak out at this, but my shadow is HIWO. I’m supposed to be his minion, but I would  never- I can’t tell you, or he would kill me.” Said Terris. “How are we going to get rid of him?” Said Joe. “Killing me. It’s the only way.” Said Terris. “Are you one hundred percent sure?” Said Joe “Yes. Wait- No. There is another way to kill him. By destroying all of the great gems. The gem of time is one of them.” Said Terris. “Then let’s destroy that piece of junk!” Said Joe. “Yeah!” Said Destir.

Chapter 3

So, the team blew the gem of time up. “4 gems left to go!” Said Terris. “Huh? Terris, you belong to me!”  Said Hiwo. “Wrong. You belong to me. You are my shadow.” Said Terris. “NO!!!!!! You idiot!!!” Said Hiwo. “Hiwo, when will you ever learn? You are NOT in charge of me. I am in charge of you. I am your prison.” Said Terris. “Terris, I hate you.”  Said Hiwo. “Hate is a strong word. Instead, you should say “I’m imprisoned in you.” Said Terris. “We have to find the fire gem, the earth gem, the ice gem, and the dark gem. Darkserver is imprisoned in the dark gem.” Said

Destir. “You mean Darkserver the dragon? Keeper of evil? Sidekick of Hiwo?” Said Joe. “Yes. That Darkserver.” Said Destir.

 Chapter 4

“The fire gem is just up ahead!” Said Joe. “I have an idea. Destroy the fire gem with ice!” Said Wayne. “Yes.” Said Joe. “I really, really hope this works.” Thought Joe. Oh! I forgot to tell you. Destir is a mind reader, but his friends don’t know yet. “I’m surprised Joe is worried. He’s never worried.” Thought Destir. “I can’t believe I joined this team. I’ve seen people die before my eyes.” Thought Wayne. “Please don’t leave, Wayne.” Thought Destir. “I hate being stuck with Hiwo. People are afraid of me just because my shadow is an evil spirit!" Thought

Terris. “Same!” Thought Destir.
