There was a sad water bottle in the shop. It was sad because no one wanted to buy him. He waited day and night for a long time.
One day there was a girl that bought him. The girl brought the water home and drank it.

After she drank the water, instead of throwing it out she made a little bird feeder for birds and put some seeds in it.
After that the birds ate the seeds out of the bottle and the bottle was very happy.
As year passed by they used it again.Lastly the birds were happy and thankfull.

Every single person saw the plastic bag, but they simply didn't care. The bag travelled through a lot of cities. It wanted to find his friends from the grocery store, because it felt sad and lonely. Suddenly, an old grandma snatched it and put the bag in her purse. She sat in her car and drove home. The plastic bag was scared at first, but it soon realized, that it is safe. The woman took it out of her purse. It found it's friends right next to the door, in a basket. The lady used them wisely and properly.

A Dirty River
Lina, Mark, and Elif lived in a small town near a green forest. They loved nature and played near the river every day.
One afternoon, they went to skip stones. Suddenly, they stopped.
There were plastic bottles on the ground. Bags were floating in the water.
Empty cans were everywhere.
“This is sad,” said Lina.
“The river is sick,” said Mark.
Elif picked up a bottle. “We must help the Earth.”
A small turtle came out of the water. A plastic ring was around its leg.

“Oh no!” cried Lina.
The children helped the turtle and put the plastic in a bag.
“This is just the beginning,” said Mark.
“Let’s be the Guardians of the Earth!” Elif smiled.
Helping Nature
The next day at school, the children talked about the river.
“We should clean it,” said Mark.
“And teach people to recycle,” said Lina.
“Let’s make posters!” said Elif.
After school, they drew rivers, trees, and recycling bins. They wrote:
Protect Nature!
Recycle Today!
Keep Our Water Clean!

They put the posters near the park and the river.
Soon, more children joined them. Then adults helped too.
They picked up rubbish, separated paper, plastic, and glass, and planted small trees.
The turtle came back and swam happily in the clean water.
“We are helping!” shouted Mark.
The Earth Smiles Again
One month later, the river was clear. Flowers grew near the water. Birds sang in the trees.
Families came to picnic again.
The children felt proud.
less plastic.
“Promise?” asked Lina.
“Promise!” they said together.
The Earth was happy again.

One morning, Luka, Nino, and Sandro decided to play in the yard, but they saw a strange sight - plastic bottles and papers scattered on the ground. Their favorite place looked sad.
Nino said: the yard seemed to be crying...
-"If it's crying, then let's help it," Luka said, bringing an empty bag.
The children started collecting garbage. Sandro was sorting the bottles, Nino was picking up papers, and Luka was planting seedlings. Soon the yard became completely different - clean, bright, and cheerful.
Suddenly the birds returned, the wind made the leaves dance, and it seemed to the children that nature smiled at them.
-If we take care of the environment. It will take care of us, too, -said Sandro.
From that day on, the children decided: they would no longer throw litter and would teach others how to protect their little world.
The Day We Saved the Park - TUZLA UĞUR SECONDARY SCHOOL- BAŞAK GÖKÇE
One Saturday morning, Emma and her friends went to the park near their school. They wanted to ride their bikes and have a picnic. But when they arrived, they were very surprised. The park was very dirty. There were plastic bottles, snack packages, and paper everywhere.

Emma felt sad. “This is our park. We can’t leave it like this,” she said. Her friend Leo agreed. “We should do something. Small actions can make a big difference.”
So they decided to clean the park. They picked up the trash and put it into big garbage bags. After two hours, the park looked clean and beautiful again.

While they were cleaning, some other children saw them and joined. Even a few parents helped. At the end of the day, many people worked together.

The next week, Emma and her friends made posters about protecting the environment. They wrote: “Keep Our Park Clean!” and “Say No to Plastic!”
From that day on, people were more careful. The park stayed clean, and everyone felt proud.
Emma smiled and said, “When we protect nature, we protect our future.”

Arda and Selin are members of the "Green Club" at their school. They love nature, and they always try to find ways to save our planet’s resources

one friday afternoon after the last lesson, Arda and Selin are walking near the school restrooms. Suddenly, they hear a persistent sound: drip, drip, drip.
"Do you hear that, Selim?" Selin asks, stopping in the hallway. "Someone forgot to turn off the water, or maybe a pipe is broken.
They enter the restroom and see that one of the old taps is leaking. A lot of clean water is going down the drain every second.
"This is a huge waste of water!" Arda says angrily. "Did you know that one leaking tap can waste more than 50 liters of water in just one day?"

Selin takes her notebook and starts to calculate. "If we have 100 days of school, that is 5,000 liters of wasted water! We must fix this immediately."
They try to close the tap tightly, but it is broken. "We cannot fix this ourselves, Arda," Selin says. "We need to talk to the school janitor, Mr. Brown."

They run to Mr. Brown’s office and explain the situation. Mr. Brown is very surprised and thankful. "Thank you for telling me, kids! I will fix it right now with my tools."
The janitar fixes the leaking tap and avoids wasting water
The next Monday, there is a new sign above every sink in the school. It says: "Water is Life. Don't Waste a Single Drop!"
Arda and Selin feel very proud because they saved thousands of liters of water for their school and the world.

My name is Cup. I am a small yoghurt cup, and this is my story.
One morning I was standing on the kitchen table. Dad opened the yoghurt and started eating.
“Mmm, this yoghurt is really good,” Dad said.

Mom took me to the sink and washed me with water.
“All clean,” she said. “Now you go to the plastic bin.”
She put me in the plastic recycling bin on the balcony. Around me were bottles and other plastic things.
I felt a little sad.
“Is this the end for me?” I thought.

Then the balcony door opened.
“Mom, I need a small pot for my bean for the science project,” said the little girl.
Mom said, “Maybe you can find something in the plastic bin.”
The girl looked inside. Then she smiled.“Oh! This yoghurt cup is perfect!”
The girl filled me with soil. Then she put one bean in the soil.
“Grow well, little bean,” she said and gave it some water.

Every day she came to check on the bean. She watered it and put me on the sunny window.
After a few days, something wonderful happened. A small green plant started growing from the soil.
“Mom! Look! My bean is growing!” the girl said excitedly.
Day by day the little plant became taller and stronger.
Then one day the girl took me to school.
“This is my bean plant,” she told the teacher.
The teacher smiled.
“Very nice work. Excellent!”
The girl was very happy.
Now I stand on the classroom window with the green bean plant, and I am happy too.
