6
One day Molly planned a fun day at the beach. Although Mason was always up for time with Molly, there was one thing Mason was very afraid of ...
7
SWIMMING! He never learned how and never told Molly. Molly woke up bright and early the next morning. She was excited to finally so swimming.

Swimming? No way!
8
Mason felt nervous the entire walk to the beach. "Are you okay buddy? You're acting strange" said Molly. Mason nodded and put his head back down.

Why?! Why?! Why?!
9
"Molly Stein, my usual spot please" said Molly. "Hey Molly" said Larry the Lifeguard.
"Hey Larry" said Molly
"Come on, I'll lead you to your spot" said Larry.

10
As Molly prepared to enter the water, POW! Mason ran off his chain and looked for somewhere to hide. Maybe I'll hide in the bathroom, thought Mason.

11
Molly, Larry the Lifeguard, and Larry the Lifeguard's dog Jana looked everywhere for Mason. They looked high and low, near and far, they looked everywhere.
12
"It's no use. We'll never find him" cried out Molly.
"Don't say that, he will show up" said Larry.
"Yeah" cheered Jana

13
Molly had lost hope for it was getting dark.
"I will check in the bathroom" said Jana.
"Why would he be in the bathroom?" asked Larry.
"I don't know, but I sure do have to go" said Jana.
14
After using the bathroom and washing her paws of course, Jana was about to leave the bathroom, she stopped when she saw a familiar tail peeking out from under the stall door. And there he was...

15
"MASON" she yelled.
"Shhh" he whispered
"We have been looking all over for you why are you hiding?" she asked.
"Because, I didn't want to tell Molly, that I can't swim" he answered.
"That's crazy! Of course you can swim" She said.
"No I can't. I never learned" he said sadly.
16
"Well you have to try. You might love swimming, but you never tried so you won't know" Jana said wisely.
"But, I'm afraid that I will fail and make Molly sad" Mason said.
"She's already sad because she can't find you and she loves you" Jana spoke.
