How to stay fit, healthy and strong
First of all, my way of how to stay fit healthy and strong is to get as many as fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains into your diet as much as possible and also make them the main part of your diet. Every day at least do an hour of cardiovascular activity a day. This can be activities such as: bike riding, running or walking, sports such as Basketball, Tennis, Netball, Soccer, Hockey, Football or even Cricket. Also make sure you drink water throughout the day to stay hydrated, never forget to warm up with some easy activities or mild stretching before you decide to do any physical activity.




When doing this, you should stay positive and try to have fun because having a good mental attitude is important. when doing this. Find an activity that you think is fun, you are more likely too choose something that your interested in or that you are good at. Also, a lot of people find that its more fun when exercising with someone else, so see if you can find a friend or family member to be active with you.


Quick and easy recipes to Fruit Smoothies
Smoothie 1: Berry Boom
What you will need:
1. Half a banana
2. 12 Raspberries
3. 1 cup of diced watermelon
4. 12 blueberries
5. 6 half chopped strawberries
6. 1 cup of low fat milk
7. A blender
8. 1-2 ice cubes
9. 1-2 Glasses
Instructions
1) Firstly prepare all of your ingredients and place in blender.
2) Put the lid on the blender, and turn it on no higher than medium.
3) Turn the blender off when the ice cubes are done blending.
4) After this, poor the smoothie into a glass
5) Garnish the smoothie if you wish.

Smoothie 2: Bangoberry
What you will need:
1) One whole banana
2) Half a mango
3) 8 half chopped strawberries
4) Low fat milk
5) Blender
6) Spoon
7) 1-2 glasses
Instructions:
1) Firstly get your whole banana, peel it, and chop it up
2) Get your mango and the spoon, use the spoon to scrape all of the mango out, and place it in a bowel
3) Get the 8 strawberries, chop all of them in half and start to place all of the ingredients into the blender
4) Turn the blender onto medium
5) When its done blending, poor smoothie into one or two glasses

Smoothie 3:Chunky Monkey
What you will need:
1) half- 1 bananas
2) 4-6 ice cubes
3) 1 tea spoon of peanut butter
4) 1 cup of low fat soy chocolate milk
5) Blender
6) 1-2 glasses
Instructions:
1)Get the banana and chop it up
2) Get the 4-6 ice cubes ready to place in the blender
3) Get the peanut butter, and use a teaspoon to scoop some out
4) Get a cup, and poor the low fat chocolate soy milk into it
5) Get the chopped up banana, the tea spoon of peanut butter, and the cup of the low fat chocolate soy milk ready to place into the blender
6) Turn the blender onto medium, when its done blending poor into the glasses you have provided

Smoothie 4: Pineapple Passion
What you will need:
1) 1 cup of low fat milk
2) 6 ice cubes
3) 1 cup of pineapple chunks
4) Blender
5) 1-2 glasses
6) Apple
7) Pear
8) Mango 9) Banana
Instructions:
1) Firstly, get your low fat milk and pour it into a cup
2) Next get the pineapple chunks and put them into a cup
3) Then get the 6 ice cubes and place them into the blender
4) Get the Banana, Mango, Pear and Apple, slice them and place all of this into the blender
5) Once you have placed the ice cubes in the blender, get the pineapple chunks and the cup of lowfat milk.
6) Put all of them into the blender
7) Turn the blender on low- medium , when it s done blending, poor into the glasses you have provided

Quick and easy recipes to Healthy salads
Recipe 1: Chicken / Ham Salad
What you will need:
1) Lettuce
2) Chicken or Ham
3) Diced up Cheddar Cheese
4) Mayonaise
5) Salt + Pepper
6)1 Tomato
7) 1 Bowl
8)1 Fawlk
9)1 purple onion
10) Cucumber
11) Avocado
Instructions:
1) First get your lettuce, rip into fairly large pieces and place into bowl
2) Secondly, get the Chicken or Ham, if it's Chicken, cut up into roughly 1-3cm pieces. If its Ham. If it's Ham, slice into long or short skinny pieces, and place this into the bowl
3) Next, get your cheddar cheese, and dice into small cubes and place into the bowl on top of the Lettuce, Ham or Chicken.
4) Then, get the tomato and slice into pieces, then place into the bowl.
5) Then, get the purple onion, and slice some thin pieces out of it, then place into the bowl
6) Then get both the cucumber and Avocado, roughly cut 6-8 pieces of thin pieces of cucumber, and also with the avocado and scoop out some and place both the cucumber and the avocado into the bowl.
7) After this, get your mayonnaise and squirt some all over the ingredients that are in the bowl.
8) Then, get the salt and pepper and put it all of the ingredients
9) Lastly, get your fawlk and mix all of this together

Recipe 2: Turkey, corn and Tomato Dried Wrap
What you will need:
1) Some fresh corn
2) Fresh Lettuce
3) 2-10 cm of whole wheat tortillas
4) 1 Fresh Tomato
5) 2-3 Sliced up 3-4 cm carrots
6) 2-3 Sliced up 3-4 cm Cucumbers
7) Plate
8) Chopping Board
9) 4-5 sliced thin pieces of Turkey
10) Salt and Pepper
11) Mayonnaise/Aioli
Instructions:
1) First get your dried up wrap and place down on the plate or chopping board
2) Next, get your fresh lettuce and place inside of the wrap
3) Then, get your 4-5 slices of turkey and place on top of the lettuce
4) Then get your tomato, and evenly dice up, then place inside the wrap
5) Next, get your 2-3 sliced up pieces of 3-4 cm of carrots and cucumber and place inside the wrap
6) Now if you like, get your mayonnaise or Aioli and squir over the top of the ingredients inside the wrap
7) Next, get both the slat and pepper and put them all over the ingredients inside the wrap
8) Now that you have put everything inside the warp, get the wrap, wrap it up and enjoy
