_________________________________ Ben and Bob Goes to Eat at Goblin Town
Bob was reading his comic when he heard Mum talking on the phone.
Mum said: “Is this, Goblin Town the restaurant?”
Could it be? Was Mum actually taking him to Goblin Town! I think she is! Bob loved Goblin Town. Finally his parents were taking him to Goblin Town. Last year he begged Mum and Dad to take him there for his birthday, but they said it was too noisy. They also said there was too unhealthy food. How were burgers, crisps, pizzas, milkshakes, biscuits, crackers and eggs that they serve for breakfast, lunch and supper unhealthy? Bob ran to the kitchen.
“Are we really going to, Goblin Town?” asked Bob. “Of course not”, said Mum, “I was just booking for, Aunt Linda. We are going to Veg & Go”. “NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!” screamed Bob. “NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!”
“It’s not the end of the world”, said Mum. “We can go to, Goblin Town next year”. “I want to go now!” screamed Bob.
Worth Remembering: Goblin Town does not have Goblin Waiters or Goblins!
That night Bob lay on his bed, thinking about, Goblin Town. He heard from Tom, that sometimes they give free food. He heard from Alfred, that they even have wall size TV’s. Why oh why didn’t his parents take him to, Goblin Town? If only he could get a plan to go to, Goblin Town---Wait a minute!

Bob had the best idea ever. Instead of begging, Mum and Dad (for the 800th time) he could just tell them that Aunt Linda called him to do some work. That way he could go to, Goblin Town! Wall size TV’s here I come, thought Bob.
The next morning arrived! Bob raced down the stairs. “Mum, Aunt Linda called me to do some work”, lied Bob. “Oh really, you better go over to her house”, said Mum. Yes! Bob was a genius.
I’m sure they will put me in the world records books as cleverest man, when he is big and famous, thought Bob. Just imagine his name in big letters on the first page. Bob raced back upstairs into his room.
Bob looked around in his room. He looked at his untidy bed. He looked at his wardrobe. Aha! He grabbed some clothes quickly. Goblin Town here I come, thought Bob.
He raced down the street. He ran into, Monster Avenue.

That was where, Aunt Linda lived. He knocked on the door. Aunt Linda opened. “Well look here”, said Aunt Linda. “It is Bob. “What do you want, sweetie?” “My Mum said that I must come to Goblin Town with you”, fibbed Bob. “Alright come in”, said Aunt Linda. Bob sat on the sofa and turned on the TV.
“Hey Bob!” came a squeaky voice. Bob turned. His heart ran cold. It was Ben! “What are you doing here!?” demanded Bob. “Mum said I could come” replied Ben. “Well don’t mess with me!” yelled Bob. "I would never mess with you Bob", replied Ben, shaking. No one cares, thought Bob Ben, Bob and Aunt Linda arrived at, Goblin Town. Bob could hear the TV’s. He couldn’t wait to go in; wait till he told all his friends that he went to, Goblin Town.
